One of the greatest experience I have had living in North York for over 10 years. Staff members are always courteous, responsible and always attentive to ad box requests for earlier completion of jobs. What amazes me is the staff try to personally know me, remembers my items and brings out the laundry without me producing the receipts. Great job, the Sheppard Centre team!

Very unprofessional. I left my sweater there and got it scheduled to pick up almost a week after. When I showed up on the scheduled date it wasn't ready and they didn't even seemed sorry. Isn't it common sense to let your customer know when you can't get the job done on time? This place is not reliable.

North York Premium Dry Cleaners provided me stellar and excellent service. I needed a helping hand with mechanical expertise to work as an Uber driver with need of a heavy stitch to reinforce my delivery bag and, well, needless to say, my expectations were greatly exceeded. I am now the proud owner of a functional delivery system (bag that works, strapped both arms [as of now]) , and, well five stars. Thank you and good day.

Mandeep and Roop were so accommodating and helpful through the process. Mandeep even helped me on the line to find myself a parking spot and navigate me in the traffic during a bad evening traffic. We need more people like them in our everyday and neighbourhood:)

Amazing service! I had a family emergency that required alteration and immediate dry cleaning. They not only did the job, but stayed 30 minutes after closing for me to pick up.

Completely unprofessional management. Ruined a good shirt costing $350 and staff were extremely hostile towards us, then proceeded to accuse us of fraud. If I could post with 0 stars I would. Will alter your clothing without your consent. By no means would I suggest taking your clothing here.
