Really good experience start to finish. I reached out to 4 different companies (all with great reviews) for quotes for a deep apartment clean. I immediately felt good about the Now Its Clean service - Zubair was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the service. He's a great salesman but not in the sleazy way.Although most of the quotes were pretty comparable, they agreed to time/price match me with another quote I got which was a lovely nice touch.Cleaner arrived on time and worked her way through the house. Everything looked great - a thorough amount of detail and care (she even made my bed beautifully which I wasn't expecting – again, a nice touch). I paid in cash and got a follow up text soon after thanking me and doing a quality check.Would definitely recommend these guys. I've never had a recurring cleaner before but I'm definitely considering it with Now Its Clean now. Great job guys - thank you!

Very pleased with the cleaning services. I had a pleasure to meet Cris and Sophia. They were excellent. They did a great job.The booking specialist, Zubair was very helpful and professional. He was very pleasant any time I called him. They are excellent in responding to my calls. If you call them and if they can’t make it to the phone, they immediately respond with a text message and call back within minutes.Overall I am very happy with them and I will recommend them to everyone.

From the customer service and booking process all the way to the cleaning session, it was all an excellent experience. Zubair, the booking manager, is very friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. The ladies who came to clean (Vinizza and Flor) were very sweet and they did a fantastic job cleaning, paying close attention to details. If you’re looking to book a cleaning company (and I am very picky) this is the one to go to!

I booked the deep clean and move out service as we had a tenant that was evicted. 1 bed room 1 bathroom basement apartment . I booked 2 cleaners for 4 hours. Price was fair and competitive to other services I received quotes from. The cleaners showed up on time and got straight to work they worked the full 4 hours and then showed the apartment for me to look at. Zubair was very easy to talk too and did a great job explain the services. They did a wonderful job. Night and day comparison. Would highly recommended and would use the service again.

Very friendly, professional and willing to work with you in detail with the particular job you’re looking to get done. Had to get our first home as renters professionally cleaned after moving a bit last minute and realizing cleaning ourselves was a bit more of a task me and my girl were willing to take on. They were very open to any areas we wanted them to go over again if there was anything we felt could be cleaned more. No ego or stand offishness, felt very comfortable making requests while completing the job. In approx alittle over 3 & 1/2 hours they were able to clean a small ranged bathroom fully as well as fully clean 3 bedrooms ranging from small, mid and large sizes along with a staircase of maybe 20 or so steps plus a landing which I thought was highly efficient considering we thought the job might take much longer. I would say going into the cleaning job the place was decently dirty with a lot of stains & dust on the floors & walls in rooms as well as bathrooms being suttely unkept from not being used in a few months such as walls, shower stall and sink. Keep in mind me and my girl did put probably 12-17 hours if not maybe alittle more into cleaning the place ourselves but the difference we noticed after the team did their thing was incredibly relevant. One of the best things was how efficient they did at getting all cobwebs out along with them cleaning around our windows that are actually a bit harder to reach. Definitely will be rebooking them again to complete the other half of our initial home move in clean in the near coming future and would recommend. Me & my girl do not regret the investment what so ever, the only I regret I think we have was not calling them sooner but better late than never!
