Staff don’t seem to care. A lot of their products seem to go bad quick-before their best before date. Grossly overpriced considering Loblaws is a quick walk away. Store closes a lot earlier then their 11PM close time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the behavior of one of the employees, named Khadija. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It was clear she was more focused on showing off her fashion than actually doing her job or treating customers with basic respect. Frankly, she would be better off working on her personality and business ethics rather than prioritizing appearances. Someone with that attitude has no place in such a store and I sincerely hope management takes appropriate action.

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ORANGE MART OWNER.
JUST SO YOU KNOW, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, AND AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I NO LONGER SHOP AT YOUR STORE DURING THE DAY BECAUSE OF THE UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE I’VE EXPERIENCED.
THE DAYTIME EMPLOYEE DOESN’T GREET CUSTOMERS, NEVER SAYS THANK YOU, LACKS BASIC MANNERS, AND DOESN’T RESPOND TO ANY COURTESY EITHER. THIS HAS HAPPENED THE LAST 10 TIMES I’VE BEEN THERE, AND ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ON TOP OF THAT, SHE RANDOMLY CLOSES THE STORE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS FRUSTRATING AND MAKES YOUR STORE FEEL UNWELCOMING.
IT’S EMBARRASSING THAT THIS BEHAVIOR IS BEING ALLOWED. EVEN THOUGH THE STORE RECENTLY CHANGED OWNERSHIP, I SEE NO SENSE OF COMMUNITY WHEN SUCH ATTITUDES ARE TOLERATED.

It’s 8.15 am while I write this and the store is not open even though the advertised opening time is 8 am. This is the second time this is happening, will take my business someplace else.

Today I bought 2 kinder joy for my niece and it was expired in September 2024
This store keeps expired products pls check the date of expiry and take

Purchase milk bag with expiry date of 15 days after purchase. 2 of them were already expired and tasted sour. Highly overpriced $5 more than regular prices in Loblaws which is just a min walk from there.

Very convenient for condos and townhouse residents. I would say prices are $2-$3 more expensive (30%+) but I don’t have to waste time driving to galleria or Hmart at Finch / Yonge so it’s a good compromise I guessIf you are looking for non-asian items, loblaws has them all tho.

Very convenient for items you need "right now". Overpriced though and I have found the price tag beating Loblaw on the higher side. Collection and variety has increased significantly overtime. Please increase items in the vegetable section.
