I had a fantastic experience at this furniture shop! I recently bought a sofa bed and mattress, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff were super helpful and guided me through the options. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

We bought a sofa bed from them for 800 CAD which is a lot of money. The part of the sofa which comes up was defective from the beginning. It is very flimsy and bad quality. Whenever you sit on it there is a piece of wood stabbing you. We complained to them and they told us they will repair it. This happened thrice but the same sofa with the same defect got delivered. We had to manually fix it by tying some threads so it doesn't keep coming out everytime. When we complained again the owner says come to the warehouse we will show you how the sofa works ??

Hi, I had a good experience while buying a love seat recently. However when it arrived, I was disappointed as it was not as displayed in the store. It's much smaller and not as comfortable, I wish I could be allowed to exchange even if I have to add money.

This is the only place that has been honest, and professional while helping complete my vision. I wanted a bling look and they delivered on that theme.
When I picked up my items, they made sure to do a quality check with me present. They even offered other options I didn’t know was available to add to this look.

My experience with P&S Furniture was a very positive one. Great customer service overall. The delivery men were superb. They were courteous, kind, and polite, and quite helpful in placing the furniture in the proper place as indicated. I would certainly recommend P&S to family and friends
