Parkway Car Wash is amazing! They definitely get five stars from me. The staff is super friendly and they always make my car look fantastic. If you want a sparkling clean ride, Parkway Car Wash is the place to go. Trust me, they deserve every star!

We opted to test this car wash for the first time around 2 pm today, a decision that we now deeply regret. Unfortunately, there was no prior information about our truck being too high for the wash or that you can’t have any accessories on your vehicle. Upon exiting, we immediately noticed our visor lifted off the roof, lights malfunctioning, complete cracking, and a dented roof.The staff, rather than expressing empathy or taking accountability, asserted that these accessories shouldn't be on vehicles, placing the blame on us. It's perplexing how an accessory designed for the truck is deemed inappropriate for it.Moreover, the truck wasn't adequately cleaned. Their attempt at compensation was merely offering a free wash. This establishment should be avoided unless you desire a damaged vehicle and endure ridicule in the process.

They machine washes the outside body which you can get for $8.99 and they don’t clean any area that are not cleaned by the machine. And inside they just wash the mats and nothing else. When informed the staff they said we don’t do anything inside bring it for detailing $270 plus. One of the worst car washes for inside and outside cleaning. Not worth paying $35 plus tax

It was waste of money i paid $ 44 for in and out car wash which is called delux for them but i waste my money as thay just washed the car outside and washed my mats thats it this guy is ripping off people at the end i cleaned my car my self . There is a bald guy at the reception who does not care all he cares about money . Be aware plz.

Not worth the money.This is my first time here ( today- 18 November 2023) and selected the top package and i got the car back with dirt on the windows. I showed them and they cleaned. I took my car and inspected just now after returning home and found out that it was not properly cleaned. Both interior and exterior needs more work.Very bad.. disappointed
