Great place. Coco loves coming here for her mani pedi. I love bringing her. Polite, professional, flexible, well priced. Love their dog too! Wouldn’t want Coco’s grooming to be done by anyone else!

Amanda and Paula first took care of my first dog Xena. She had a medical condition that standing was very difficult for long (or even short) periods of time and would sit during sessions and was difficult and they assured me this was something they could help with when I didn’t have the best experience else where. They took their time. Did not rush her and she was absolutely great!!! I brought my rottie to them as well who loved them both so much and now my two current rescues! They absolutely love going there and always come home with the absolute softest fur and smell soooo good. There is truly no other groomer I would trust. I know when my babies are with them, they are treated with absolute love, and kindness , as if they were their own pups. They have even taken their time to educate me on the benefits of proper brushing (which brush is best for their coat), nail care and many others. I promise, if you are looking for a groomer, you will not regret pawlas!!

Terrible service. They think they are the only groomers in Toronto.I called 2 months ago they said I was on a waiting list. I called 2 months later and they said they don’t take clients only regulars. Why do they have a business if they are going to be so rudeAnd one thing I NEVER requestedGrooming the same day.I would appreciate if you don’t make thinks up.

Lola and I stopped in this weekend as a walk-in, hoping to get a nail trim. She has sensitive front paws and gets nervous around loud doggies so she hasn’t always had the best experience getting her nails done. She had an easy visit thanks to the kindness and understanding shown her. Thank you so much, you will see us again!

We’ve been coming to Pawla’s for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with their services. I have a short, haired chihuahua who unfortunately has grown grumpier with her progressing age. Paula is always so patient and understanding with her, we wouldn’t trust many others with our 16 year old baby!Appointments can book up well in advance and I know at some point during the pandemic, they had stopped taking new clients. If you’re willing to schedule in advance, you won’t regret it!
