Horrible location. Doesn’t open until 12 in the afternoon & yet can never open on time !It should be open earlier than this, always people waiting for it to open, then it creates longer wait time to drop off or pick upAbsolutely ridiculous. Open earlier !

Literally the worst location ever! The staff is so lazy and rude. I arrived at 6:41PM and they refused to take my package because they didnt want to create a shipping label. Their excuse was it takes a long time to ship and we close in 20 mins. I SHIP ITEMS EVERYDAY, IT HAS NEVER TAKEN ME 20 MINS!! Even if it did take 20 mins, who cares?! The shop was empty! And closing is at 7:00PM. She just didnt want to do the work before closing. I kept pleading with her since there was no way I can make it earlier due to work. If you dont wanna work past 6:20PM, the closing time should be 6:20PM. Rude, lazy, unprofessional and overall disgusting experience!

I have been using this service for years and it used to be so smooth and convenient. I used to recommend this service to everybody. NOWADAYS, this location is a nightmare. The staff are so slow and rude. No customer service. They don’t look properly to find your package. They will tell you it’s not there and to come back another day when really, it’s on the shelf they’re just not looking properly. The black girl that works there disgusts me. (no I’m not racist, I’m also black) I just don’t know her name but anyways, she’s the worst one. Her bum crack is always showing and she won’t even say you’re welcome if you tell her thanks. It’s crazy that penguin pickup is now charging $10 a month and these people can’t even provide basic customer service. Not to mention you cut your hours down and don’t tell the delivery companies so when they come to drop off the packages, they can’t. I really feel like this location needs to be closed down or it needs new management.

UPDATE- CUSTOMER SERVICE- DONT PRETENDE TO CARE ABOUT MY ISSUE WHEN YOU HAVE LIED ABOUT DOING AN INVESTIGATION AND CLAIME TO BE THE VICTIM-AS PER YOUR EMAIL: “In the rare situations when something of this nature does occur, we as the victim always work with local Police Services”. —My package, which was an IPAD was released to the wrong person, who came in with my delivery tag, ID that matched my building number BUT NOT MY UNIT NUMBER- with a mask on, and the individuals name was not taken. When I raised a concerned since this was to be a Christmas present, I was simply told that an investigation was done and to just do a police report- NO ACCOUNTABILITY…. When I came back to speak to the person who had been there the last Sunday she was unaware that my package was missing and remebers the Yonge man who came in saying it was for his GF but his name was not taken down- showed up as a made up name on the release form. IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR PARCELS SEND /RECEIVE through this store … and to those thieves looking for opportunities to steal from people - this is the perfect store they don’t even check to see if the apt number is correct ! WHAT A JOKE

This location used to be great 5 years ago, very efficient and friendly staff.Nowadays every time I go there it’s slow, and there’s always an “out to lunch” sign with a lineup of people.The woman that works there really should not have a customer facing job, she is very rude and dismissive. I see her being rude to every customer in front of me, and it’s very awkward interacting with her.

Horrible location. I do not recommend.I went to the location twice over an hour and “Gone for lunch, Back in 30 min.” was on the door. 4 of us (with many others coming and going) waited another 30 min and then gave up.I proceeded to go back at 5pm (an hour before the store closed) to try again to ship packages and was refused by the employee because it was “too close to closing”.She was visibly annoyed that I did not have pre-printed labels or a fed ex account. She stated my 4 packages could not be done so I would need to come back tomorrow. I explained I was already there earlier today so please can we just do one package in the next hour and she said “NO”.The employee was rude, dismissive and not helpful. When I escalated and asked to speak to her manager she said NO, when I asked to have contact information to her manager she said NO and told me to email Info@ if I have an issue. She would not give me her name when asked. You have an employee there that had no interest in working that day and no interest in helping your customers.This is not the way you treat people.As a person who works in the service industry and employs many this person should be replaced immediately.

There was an out for lunch sign that mentioned be back in 30 minutes with no return time! Ridiculous, let people know the expected return time! So people can decide whether they want to wait or leave!

I tried to drop off a UPS package but the rep refused to take the package. She said it was because the label was faded and would not scan. I asked her to please try anyways. She refused to scan it and her exact words were “I know how to do my job, this won’t scan, I’m not going to waste my time trying, you need to go home and print this again.” I was confused why she was being so difficult and wouldn’t even try scanning the label. I had a few other packages with labels that were the same that Canada Post had no issues scanning at the same plaza, so again was really confused as to why the rep here didn’t even want to try scanning the label. Even if to prove her point. I won’t be coming here or other locations ever again. And calling UPS support was extremely difficult and not helpful either. UPS has also lost all future business from me.

The reason why I gave this location 1 star is because on Saturdays this place always open 2-3 late without any notices. The management at this location is a joke. This place is poorly managed

The fact that there’s no direct line for this location is really aggravating. I got stuck in traffic and wanted to pick up my package. Very disappointed
