Very kind people. I've known this family for years and years. Such a sweet couple, with lovely children. It's always a pleasure to shop there

The owner was very rude when I went in with my puppy. She was very demanding and saying comments that offended me in terms of my dog. Constantly saying things like, oh you've had your dog for over 1 year and hes still pulling? Dita, please consider that dogs go through different things. My pup suffered from a rare illness called puppy strangles which made him not be able to be socialized in time, now having anxiety issues. I bring him into pet friendly stores to help with his anxiety. She said she's been running the shop for over 34 years but wow... The service received was not great and the prices were horrendous.

The staff at this store were extremely rude to me today when I tried to return an online purchase. The older woman didnt know what she was doing, and the son refused to process the return, even though I called the day before and he told me it would be fine. I ended up calling customer service and they literally had to walk them through a return. No apology for being rude to me...worst experience. Would not recommend.

I’m surprise this location has 4 stars . it shouldn’t be 4 stars because the staff here are impolite and rude !!! I called them to see if a package of mine was at the store and a lady picked up speaking so fast and interrupted me every single time I talked barely even let me finish what I was saying ... then mid convo she left the phone and gave the phone to someone else . He then was also very rude !!!!!! The attitude and tone I was given on the phone was unacceptable. Like this is so crazy to me how both of their staffs are so unprofessional. I will never come back or support this location. If you want a welcoming place don’t come here. ( also I’m not the type to write negative reviews ONLY if the location deserve one )

Never coming back here. We bought this retractable leash for our 3 months old puppy and after TWO walks, it was ruined. Only one day of use, two short walks with a small puppy. If it had broken, our puppy could have been hit by a car as we live in a busy street. We called to complaint and ask for a refund or at least exchange it, and the lady said that “quality is not their problem and we should call the manufacturer”. Crazy. We spent $30 on something to keep our dog safe and the store cannot guarantee the quality of what they sell.

Went to this location for puppy food yesterday, as it was the most convenient one from us at the time. We brought our puppy into the store with us, and luckily it wasn't busy or anything in the store so we were able to look in the aisle that dog foods were placed without any distractions. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted however it turned sour when the lady who was working the shift at the time came over to us and asked if we needed help, we asked for the specific brand of puppy food we've been feeding our puppy now for the last 7 months. She told us she was out of stock, but also told us we should feed our puppy "adult dog food" instead as she feeds her own puppy, dog food and there's no difference between puppy and dog food. Personally, I don't think you should intrude on someone by insisting they should be feeding their puppy, dog food just because your store is out of stock on a certain item rather than suggesting to look up alternative methods to obtain that specific brand of puppy food. Also, to inform your customers "there's no difference between dog food and puppy food" defeats the purpose of having different foods available for different life stages of dogs. Maybe the store should insist on better, educated and friendlier ways of interacting with customers.

Very disappointed with my local franchise they don't carry fresh dog food why?? You carry hundreds of pounds of kibble. Educated pet owners know kibble is poison

The smaller size of this business allows more personal attention and service that is much appreciated
