I recently visited your store and was disappointed with the level of customer service I received feom Jaspall. The staff member attending to customers was on a personal phone call during the interaction, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive.
I believe customer service plays a vital role in shaping the overall experience, and I hope better training and expectations are set to ensure customers feel valued and respected. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jane and Finch location between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. due to the behavior of a particular staff member—the individual shown in the attached photo.
I requested $65 worth of gas, clearly stating that I would pay $45 in cash and the remaining balance using my debit card. The staff member nodded as if he understood, but then entered the wrong amount.
When I pointed out the mistake and politely asked him to cancel and re-enter the correct amount, he refused and responded in a dismissive and rude manner. His attitude was completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
As a result, I had to drive to the ESSO station across the street just to complete the rest of my fill-up—an unnecessary and frustrating inconvenience.
This type of behavior is unacceptable. Staff in customer-facing roles should be trained to communicate clearly, provide courteous service, and handle simple corrections without issue.
I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses it accordingly.
