Michael at PetSmart was absolutely wonderful. He helped me throughout my visit and was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how empathetic and kind he was—he genuinely cared and took the time. He left a very positive impression on me, and because of him, I have an even better view of PetSmart as a whole. Michael is truly a good person and a great representative of the store.

Just another mediocre petsmart, with poorly trained, disinterested staff, who have no passion for what they do.
Anyone who truly loved animals wouldnt work for this company to begin with.
I will buy crickets here when I absolutely have to, but otherwise dont support this brand.

One of the favourite pet stores to buy food for our pet. The employees we encounter are always nice. I love how petsmart always organize many events for pets. It is a convenient location with constant amount of people walk pass everyday, would be great location can showcase more pets to increase their chances to be adopted.

This pet store is one of my favorite ones in Toronto.
First of all, I really love the variety of animals here. Since I’m an animal lover, it makes me genuinely happy that this store gives pets a chance to find a home and helps people meet their future best friends.
This store helped me experience what it means to take care of fish for the first time. They helped me choose everything I needed and recommended fish that are perfect for apartment life.
Would I come back again? Definitely yes! I already have a pet, but I wouldn’t mind getting another one someday.
Pros: a great selection of pet food, cleanliness, a wide variety of animals ready for adoption, and tidy enclosures.
Cons: during one of my visits, the cat enclosure seemed a bit small — though maybe it was just my impression.

David was the friendliest and most knowledgeable person we could have asked for. We adopted guinea pigs, and he made sure we knew everything before making the choice. PetSmart is luck to have David for the passionate and professional employee that he is.

Please don't bring your pet here for grooming, they abused my dog, my dog is so scared after his haircut, he has cute all over his body they didn’t cut his nails and they cut his ear he’s bleeding everywhere

We had such a great experience at PetSmart! My daughter and I picked out her very first betta fish she named it Sprinkles and we couldn’t be happier. The staff were friendly, patient, and helped us find everything we needed for the tank setup. Sprinkles is happy, healthy, and thriving in her new home. Thanks, PetSmart, for making this such a fun and memorable experience for both of us!
