I really don’t know how anyone could leave a negative review. I have been to so many mechanics who try and rip you off, scam you for parts you don’t even need, tell you super high prices
I literally went to three mechanics for an issue with my truck and each mechanic told me a completely different thing and were unable to fix the issue. Then I found point zero and they have been a life saver. The most honest mechanic shop I will ever find. They have easily fixed every issue that others couldn’t. The customer service is amazing and they also always do their best to fit you in in a timely manner. You can even see the way they interact with their techs that the owners are well respected. The back of the shop is also very spacious and very clean. My truck has been in great hands since coming to point zero. Thank you for the remarkable work

Point Zero garage inspected the Audi I purchased from Total Auto Sales in May 2024 (Total Auto Sales sold the car to me as part of their $695 certification process).
Despite everything passing inspection; after getting on the 401, I noticed immediately the car was pulling to one side.
After bringing the vehicle to my local Audi mechanic they confirmed:
Car was indeed out of alignment
Engine filter + cabin filter were severely clogged
Passenger mirror motor was dead
Trunk had water in it
After 2 months and 5000km of ownership I discovered;
Water pump was slowly leaking
Front brakes were already due to be changed
Spark plugs needed to be changed
After 3 months of ownership the starter blew and was a another huge expense.
After 4 months and 10,000km of ownership I just discovered that the rear suspension is not the same on both sides. One side has a sport coil the other is OEM, meaning the rear sots 9mm difference in height.
Since May 2024 this inspected + certified car
cost me $7000 in repairs and I have yet to do the rear coils to make them match.
I contacted the garage by email and phone in July and I was told their employees do their inspections as they should and there was nothing they could help me with.
Now that I have time to reflect on the situation; I feel it's important to write this informative review.
Point Zero's inspection is simply checking off the boxes ✅ and taking the money?
Get your vehicle inspected elsewhere!
Point Zero's inability to see basic things like clogged filters and detecting alignment issues is mind boggling.
Thanks for the "inspected" money pit.

Finally an honest and amazing mechanic shop!! I can't even count how many times previous garages have tried to rip me off, not to mention the countless trips of having to bring my vehicle back over and over... THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH POINT ZERO they constantly keep you up to date with the status of your car and are always willing to let you know of any upcoming problems you vehicle may encounter in the future. Top notch service and I will definitely be recommending anyone with car trouble, take it to point zero ? land have the peace and mind knowing you are in trustworthy hands.

Completed a safety for a BMW 7 series and wasn't done properly. Dealership had to redo with my fiancés expense
Don't rely on this place for any mechanical work. They use cheap parts and a severe money grab.

I've been here a couple of times for oil changes and brakes . Never had an issue with workmanship and quality. Friendly staff and owner, and very honest.

Point Zero is an exceptional mechanic shop that has won the loyalty of every customer I've referred there. My recent visit was a testament to their expertise, as my car now runs smoothly like a dream after just 45 minutes! It's rare to find such honesty and integrity in the automotive industry these days, but Point Zero sets itself apart with its outstanding service.
