“I have always had great service here but thought I’d share something since I felt he went above and beyond. I came into the store today only looking for a box that would fit an item I wanted to return. I wasn’t even shipping with UPS! Ben not only measured and found a box that would fit the item, he then put the item into the box, FOLDED DOWN the excess parts of the box to actually fit the item perfectly, and taped it up securely including with the printed return label. I honestly was so impressed…. I just left with my return item all ready to simply be dropped off when I only came in for a box. Thanks so much, Ben - above and beyond truly!!!”
