My friends was there from 11am and kept her waiting til about 2ish and I had to leave work to go pick up her kids. Fire everyone and hire the elderly as they work and want to work not these young ppl who want the job but don't want to work for it ? worse bank ever. Do not open an a count with royal Bank as their customer service sucks

I had an appoinment today with one of the financial advisor around 4pm. I don’t think she is capable to work as a financial advisor. She need more training.I don’t really like her, instead of helping customer, she made a conclusion , that I can’t open account in RBC anywhere, because of my history, according to her.She didn’t even try to open & check from her computer. She just keep on talking & talking and asking question which is not related to the topic. Sorry to say, but I will give her “zero”.My mistake, I forgot to take her business card, but her name sounds like Maria or Morgan.

Slow, unorganized, and some tellers are outright rude. Real let down with this location. Go to another branch.

Long wait time and they refuse to give you service. untrained staff and the branch manager ANGELA who clearly doesn’t like her job! I won’t go into details but try to take your business elsewhere until they change management and some of their young staff!(Not all staff are rude)

This is the third time I go to this branch and have a bad experience and I’ve been an RBC customer for years having all products with them. I went in and dealt with Maria today and she had such a bad attitude - I asked her about a US exchange rate and she was very curt and had to ask her manager about the rates. The manager was also curt - both super unfriendly. They acted like they didn’t need or want my business. If this is what the service is like outside of the downtown core it’s no wonder why people want to switch banks!

I have never had a successful visit to the atm at this location, either the machine doesn’t accept deposits, or it’s not withdrawing money, or the best, like this current moment at 9:07 on a Wednesday night, THE DOORS ARE LOCKED.As I sit here writing this review, 3 people have tried to open the doors to use the bank machine but for some reason this location can’t get their stuff together.

Been with Rbc for 15 plus years at this same branch at keele and willson you will be treated like an animal, you will sit in line for 30 minuets minimum the ATM does more than the staff today will be the day I will move to a different bank I just cant stand going to a place like this anymore. If you are thinking of opening a client card or any sort of business there please do not I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have more to say but at this point its sad and embarrassing I've been here for 15 years.

Just went to this bank and Shirley I think her name is doesn’t know her job. Made me waste my time for nothing. Even when it’s not busy she hides away from doing any work. Can’t believe this lazy incompetent staff they have here. Now wonder there reviews are bad. This place already looks like a dumpI wanna make sure the manager knows her name. She wasn’t even wearing a name tag like most people wear. She told me her name was Shirley I think. Incase she was lying she was wearing glasses and saw her about an hour ago.I can’t stand the lazy incompetence at this place. How on gods green earth this pace survives with that kinda survive.

The district manager Darlene provided excellent customer service to manage an issue. Overall, teller services are fast and reliable.You can use the app and schedule appointments or query services.Daily banking is usually busy at this branch within peak hours. The availability of ATM US funds, investments advice and planning is something that is very important so feel free to ask an advisor.

You would benefit from a written copy of your documents as opposed to verbal arrangement. Not entirely pleased. When managing your assets or searching for investments, the best option is to diversify a portfolio yet to ensure your cash availability.If you need to use the online app to create a complaint, feel free to call into online banking. The online app has many tools to use when unsure of the process.Daily banking is usually busy at this branch within peak hours. Be prepared to utilize atm for general deposits or withdrawals, it’s faster and efficient. Otherwise, teller service is relatively helpful but advisor service or management could be better.The follow up after a complaint didn’t provide any information or follow through within the time allocated; I also had to call to require twice on the matter and more time as needed to resolve the matter. Still awaiting a resolution from the district manager.

What a messy environment, I felt like I was in a subway station than a bank branch, not even mention the horrible service they gave me; I asked for a bank draft, but I couldn't understand what the indian teller asked me, cus her accent is so thick, and I am an immigrant as well, so I told her I want to transfer my money to Scotiabank, and she laughed at me and said then just said the draft is to yourself not to scotiabank. A supervisor came to her; she even told her that conversation was like a funny joke right in front of me, and they laughed together. After this incident, yes, I will close the account and use other banks instead; the worst service I have ever had.

I went there for bank draft — and i found it very easy to work with people there — and i guess for other bad reviews it would depend on person to person and service.
