On February 20, I went to the RBC bank to make a printout of the movement of funds from the debit card, after standing in line, I approached a bank employee with my request and they refused to do it, based on the fact that there are many employees and only one printer (although at that moment the printer was free) and they do not provide this service, although I have taken it several times in this branch before, the bank employee was a middle-aged Russian-speaking woman, not a pleasant person. I will no longer be served in this department! I have never been refused anywhere in any RBC bank branch!

Went into this bank for a couple different reasons the lady told me what I wanted didn’t make sence and that’s not what she would do after several times telling her I wanted to order new cards and gets temporary one she refused was very disappointed just grabbed my things and left , went to a different branch and was helped above and beyond what I needed almost immediately. Would recommend staying as far away from this hell hole as possible

Rude, disrespectful and ignorant staff. I was there to merge accounts together and lady just told me if I really need to do this today and why do I want to do this today. Instead of trying to find the solution she started questioning me about my decision to do it right now.

i went into this branch on my way home from work since it is the closest to my workplace. i went in to take some money out and i was met with hesitation. i gave two pieces of ID and apparently they couldn’t confirm my identity. she asked me to sign the paper and i did but since it didn’t match my SIGNATURE WHEN I WAS TEN (cause that’s how old i was when i opened my account) she said that she couldn’t verify me. i spent 45 minutes standing there trying to prove i was who i said i was to only be told i need to go to my “home branch”. when she asked me why i went to this branch i said it was closest to my work and since it takes over an hour to drive home, by the time i DO get home the bank is already closed. she proceeded to ask why that branch instead of one that’s “closer” to my work. i stated that the one she was speaking about didn’t have parking and i didn’t want to pay for street parking if i didn’t know how long i was going to be or how long it would take. they told me my driver’s license in their system was expired in 2019 even though my license is NOT expired. then said my passport wasn’t in the system and couldn’t be verified either. i’m very upset at how they treated me and will not be going to this branch again.

I called so many times, but things couldn't be addressed over the phone. That is why I needed someone at this branch. When the call center transfers you to the branch, it will disconnect right away. I was told on one of my calls that someone would call me the other day and have not received a call after a day. Plus, I already placed 4 calls today.It is a total waste of time.One point in time, I have to make a special trip to this branch to fix an account, and I am coming from NY.

I used this branch for more then 20 years. Never complained, until now.... The assistant branch manager Kareen is very rude, no respect for customers. How this can be in CANADA??? Just because of her, will never come to this branch and will not recommend to anyone

I wish I could give it Zero!Tried to py for the course online, verification was required, that night we had outage across country, I could not get text message, my card was frozen, account blocked, access to ap blocked,called in and instead of service - pure humiliation. Went to the bank with 3 kids, 30 min walk (not driving ) spent there several hours, sent home to bring additional docs, came back again with 3 kids, was promised that since it's Friday on Monday everything will be restored, Monday - again went to the bank my g account is in the same state. Reps from my province called and left a message to unlock, called again was transferred to person who said “there's note in french” I can't read French. Holy Land they can't dont even know about google translate. Stayed on the line 1h 20 min call got disconnected., and I got NSF -45$ Taken from my account lol

Always coming for business service gate and find it closed more often, or busy,and huge lines of clients waiting 20-50 min to be call at next available wicket. It is 8 wickets and always just 3-4 working and if there are some clients that stuck for hours to talk - appear line of unsatisfied clients...management have to hire more tellers.
