Absolute disaster, not a service. Came to the teller (ginger hair young lady). Asked to make a bank draft deposit to my lawyers account, she said she cannot do it because I need a business deposit slip and her machine not working. Teller does not know how to deposit a draft to the account from a non client.

Just tried to visit the branch at Steeles and Dufferin. THEY ARE CLOSED AT 2:45PM!!!
Business hours 9am-4pm on Saturdays, but who cares - they are just CLOSED.
