I had a couple of problems with a pen and a broken insulun cartridge so I contacted customer care by email as I can find telephone calls overwhelming. Absolutely amazing support and care with a quick resolution.

Great place to work. Good people. Very well organized. They also have motorcycle parking.

Had to call in to customer service with an insulin pen issues. Solved my problem very quickly. Michelle provided a very professional explanation and educated me with what I was doing wrong. Very happy customer.
