I visited this branch to buy British pounds for travelling. I was assisted by Kaziveh, she was very friendly and professional. She explained the process of ordering, then the delivery date, etc. I contacted her and she informed me the money arrived at the branch at the date she anticipated. I went in and picked up the money. I was assisted by Mr. Park, he was very helpful, an easy transaction, by the way, this is not my home branch, I may switch.

I sent an emailed to the branch manager by the name Carlos Soiero as well as calling him the next day with no response to their customer needs. I believe this branch manager or their staff do not care about their customers at all. Thank you for his assistance of no help.

Potential fraud activity beware!!!! I never write reviews but my experience was so terrible I was motivated to write one. I tried to pay off my line of credit with a cheque of my own. They put 2 pending charges to offset the cheque so that the available balance would not reduce until the cheque clears. It is now 1 week later and my cheque had cleared days ago. However, they had put 2 pending charges at the time I deposited my own cheque of about 2 x the value of the cheque. The pending charges has made my line of credit overdrawn by $4k. My credit score has declined because my line of credit is overdrawn. I don't know when they are planning to clear the pending charges as 1 week later, these charges are still there. I need to visit the actual branch as the people in the call centre have no clue what the branch had done or why they did that. I am now concerned there may be some fraud involved.

My experience has been that the staff at this branch are disrespectful and unprofessional. In my opinion, there is a terrible business culture at this branch and the only solution would be for corporate to fire everyone from the branch manger to the teller and replace them with almost anyone else.

The Branch manager Patricia is very rude and with full of attitude . She was talking as if she is doing any favour to Bank customers She ask for money to give profile page where in I went to Mississauga branch and no one asked for money.

The machines at this branch always failed when I want to withdraw cash.
