Fix your ABM’s it’s not taking cash deposits and pick up the phones when clients are trying to call in. I even had to get someone from the client care center from the scotia telephone department to reach this branch but even someone who works in the same company cannot get a hold of anyone. C’mon now!

Refused to give me money order for 50 dollars, because this is not my home branch. ?
When I asked supervisor I waited an hour and nothing, went home and haven't seen him/her.

Made an appointment to talk with an investment advisor, who then decided to take that day off. I was not informed, nor was the meeting rescheduled. Fair enough, there are other institutions where I can put my money into.

There is a very bad young employee who did not accept to give me money from my account because I live in Mississauga and he does not have good experience in dealing with customers. I do not know how you employ such people in the bank.

I wish there is no star option, I will give no star , there is one senior guy I talked to him Saturday regarding deduction of $2000 from my credit card . There are such things was not clear to me and then Monday I went again to clear those things , he is too rude and yelling on me . Why the hell you get paid for ?? You should improve your customer service. I just took day off from my work to clear the things , but left home with empty answers again. It’s not he is rude on Monday, his way of talking was too bad . I wish , I could know his name to mention .Worst experience ever!!

5 STARS DOES NOT DO THIS BRANCH ENOUGH JUSTICE!!! This is the branch closest to me and I decided not to make other people's opinion my opinion before experiencing their service. I recently visited this branch for the very first time and the service here is impeccable! My finacial advisor, Charm Darby, appointed to me by the bank worked through her lunch for me and answered all my questions to my fulfilment! She made sure that I walked out of Scotiabank a content client ?
