I wish there is no star option, I will give no star , there is one senior guy I talked to him Saturday regarding deduction of $2000 from my credit card . There are such things was not clear to me and then Monday I went again to clear those things , he is too rude and yelling on me . Why the hell you get paid for ?? You should improve your customer service. I just took day off from my work to clear the things , but left home with empty answers again. It’s not he is rude on Monday, his way of talking was too bad . I wish , I could know his name to mention .Worst experience ever!!

5 STARS DOES NOT DO THIS BRANCH ENOUGH JUSTICE!!! This is the branch closest to me and I decided not to make other people's opinion my opinion before experiencing their service. I recently visited this branch for the very first time and the service here is impeccable! My finacial advisor, Charm Darby, appointed to me by the bank worked through her lunch for me and answered all my questions to my fulfilment! She made sure that I walked out of Scotiabank a content client ?

I have been with this branch for around 6 years, and haven't had any complaints. Tellers and managers have gone out of their way to help me many times. Would recommend and refer for sure. 5x

A lot people have mentioned the pathetic and terrible customer service of this branch.I think that says for itself about how toxic this place is for customers.The first point of contact associates have been trained to deny service very strategically at this branch.They always manage to deny service in the branch with one or some other reason and will be extremely encouraging on coming on some other day.They don’t care if you give scotiabank your business or not.They also teach the same terrible customer service to the new hires as well. Someone from scotia should look at this..

I am a regular visitor to the Scotia Bank branch and have always had a positive experience. The staff members are knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent customer service. The branch is well-maintained, and I appreciate the convenience of the location. I have never had any issues with my account, and the online banking platform is easy to use. Overall, I highly recommend Scotia Bank for all your banking needs. They truly deserve a 5-star rating.

I wish we had ZERO star option available. We had a call schedule for today at 10AM and their branch assistant manager didnt bother to call. What do you expect a branch when you see this behaviour from their management?????

The teller Sophie is terribly rude and and miserable. I received a scowl upon entry and absolute terrible service. That was a red flag.I needed to deposit a regularly occurring paycheque with a hold taken off and she refused. My main branch has put notes that there should be no hold. I previously went to 3 other scotia banks in North York and they deposited the cheque with no hold as soon as they saw the note. Moreover, Sophie told me to call my home branch to release the hold. After 1 hour of being on hold on the phone, my home branch told me I need to come in person to release the hold. I now have to go on the weekend to release the hold and take more time to do such a simple taskHuman Resources needs to seriously evaluate Sophie for this incompetent and consequential service because I am positive I am not the only client that has received this inadequate service.

The worst branch I've ever been to. Representative named Mimma i think she is oversmart and don't wanna to help anyone. They're all enjoying and chilling at the branch but not in mood to work and help people. Whenever you go to the branch stuff just keep staring at you and having a ugly attitude. Don't go to this branch. Management needs to change the staff or take some actions.
