The worst bank ever. I took my name change certificate and wanted to change my name on my bank account, and the woman serving me laughed and passed comments on my name. Which was very unprofessional. Shame on Scotia for hiring such people

Worst Branch of all time! The tellers have no clue what they are doing, this is what they mean anyone can do this job! But the rudeness and stupidity and lack of communication they have! Hire new staff or train your employees better. Do better scotia!
