“Was very impressed from the first phone call till we locked up our items to be stored. I called around the phone went to a live person, friendly and all my questions were answered. The staff are super friendly and got us the best possible deal they could squeeze in. the Prices are very competitive, and there are quite a few in the area. I highly recommend this storage facility. Also the prices on locks and moving material like boxes are great.”
“Went initially because my daughter needed storage for two weeks before her March 1st move in to a new apartment. Its incredibly clean and the staff are both helpful and professional. They even handled her misunderstanding the billing (you cant just leave an empty locker, you have to tell them to cancel!!) with an incredibly fair offer of paying just for the overdue days....they didn't have to do that. I would strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for long or short term storage. Why? because customer service matters and they have it in spades. Thank you!”

We forget to take the time to acknowledge exceptional service….and I personally set a VERY high expectation which was exceeded by the team from Philips Moving with our move. I have never been so impressed …they were on time, worked efficiently, wrapping items to ensure protection and were exceptional with moving fragile and also very heavy items. Dan, Ted and Ali…was our team…they were friendly…clearly listened to our instructions on what was to move and where..came well equipped with everything needed to execute the move ..including Muscles! Moving day can be a very stressful time…but I felt that we were in good hands with the team….so glad we selected Philips…would highly recommend them.”
