Decent touchless car wash. Only downside is the wait time can be quite long as each car takes 5+ minutes...

This is the worst customer service and not caring about the customer. I waited for the attendent tonfishinsh cleaning the carwash so he can go home, for 45 min. I kept asking how much longer for the attendant to keep cleaning and was told 3 more min and 3 more min. After 45 min finally. I asked for a refund and told couldn't be done. Then the people at the counter left for the day. Service in Canada is incrementally worse and worse.

Car wash is worth every penny. Amazing touchless car wash experience, great customer experience from Harman as well. She gave me the best car wash deal available from shell and gave me a very fast and efficient customer experience in a very busy environment.

Jass has no personality at all! Every time, there is rude and patronizing customer service. She clearly doesn't belong there, thus the business owner needs to take this seriously and look into it!

Bad customer service I went to put air on my tires the machine had a paper on where u pay with the card I thought oh only cash so I took $2 the whole machine is not working I went inside to speak to someone about it she told me call shell it’s not my problem it’s was around 10 pm I told her give me back the $2 so I can go somewhere else to get it done she said no u wish her name is harmendeep
