Unique furniture but dishonest marketing. We moved into the neighborhood 4 years ago in 2020 and took advantage of their "closing down" sale. Since then they've advertised "closing forever sale", "retirement - closing sale", "lease expiring sale" - everything under the sun. I understand the need to create urgency but this is not the way to do it. It is flat out lying at worse and misleading at best. If I can't trust their messaging how can I trust anything else they say?

Great team to deal with - interesting quality merchandise - and any problems you may have (I was missing some small suction shelving pads from a floor model) was immediately dealt with.

Went into Shelter with little or no expectations. To our surprise they have a large selection of sectionals and sofas at reasonable prices.One of their best features, they clearly indicate if the furniture are available for quick delivery or not. The cons is in the limited or the no customization.For the quality most of their furniture are of good quality. We did nit make a purchase today since we did nit find what we want I turm of configuration.

Have visited twice and cannot possibly trust a company that uses such tricks as 'closing down' to attract attention. They seem to be closing down for years! Items look too expensive for their quality. I prefer to go across the road to MKTe.

Today I got my furniture delivered couldn’t have asked for better service. They were professional and amazing they called me first before coming and got to my place and brought my furniture in my house. Took all boxes with them and cleaned up. I was so happy with their guys and service.Thank you shelter for your great service.
