Been taking all 3 kids (boys) here for haircuts for the past three years and usually end up with great cuts. Stylists listen and follow my requests. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the online appointment booking system because it’s essentially just first come first serve. If you arrive with an appointment but others have been waiting there before you, they will be served first. The appointment booking system is misleading. We don’t bother with it and just know to expect some waiting during the busy weekend.

I had a great experience. The salon was neat and tidy, and there was no wait. Mary and Lila were very friendly. I will definitely be back!
Stylist: My stylist was Mary, and she was quick and efficient, but also nice to chat with.

Beware of the stylist by the name of "Rosie" in this so called "salon." I brought a 8-year old child to get her longish hair shortened a bit. She literally started tearing the girl's hair with a comb claiming the hair was tangled. The girl was crying in pain, but "Rosie" went on with her sadistic practice. When I stopped her, she changed her tactic. She brought a "special" brush (in fact, a regular brush) that was full of someone else's long dark hair. She simply removed this long dark hair from the brush and briefly rinsed this brush over a sink. She continued with the brush. Then she pointed to the girl's hair and asked in a tone as if she was a judge in a court of law: "What's this?" I: "What's what?" She:" This is lice!" I: "NO, it is not lice." She -- after thinking for a bit -- "Ah, yes, this is a skin flake, but I see customers with lice!"
So make her own mind if you want to be "served" by "stylist" Rosie. People like Rosie should never be allowed to "serve" others.

Be ware of Olyvia. She is by far the most unprofessional barber I have ever dealt with. Another barber had to finish the cut. I have been coming to this barber shop for a year and I cannot believe that they have such an incompetent person working for them.

This is the place I usually go, and they never let me down! My stylist, Nancy, is very professional and friendly. She listens to my idea about hairstyles and finishes the cutting and trimming swiftly. It is always a nice experience to cut the hair here.
