I do not want to say anything personally bad about the sales representatives at the Fairview Mall Swarovski store, but … I do not believe in anyone’s honesty & integrity in the Sales industry in general. I bought cute earrings on the special for me day and let one of the staff to personally put the earrings in my ears! 10 minutes later, I met my girlfriend to show off my new jewellery and heard her question “did you just buy for one ear?? Apparently, I lost one of them while going downstairs from the Swarovski store to a nearby store in the mall on the ground floor. Yet all three of them at the store assured me that I would never lose them!!!Ha ha ha, ladies, “thanks so much for being so honest, knowledgeable and caring about me! ”To my complaint and to rectify the problem the same assistant manager suggested a “brilliant” idea that I buy another pair of them, as they wouldn’t be able to sell me only one!! ????. I felt like asking her, and deeply regret now that I didn’t at that time, afraid not to be a “polite” Canadian, that if I should thrown my another $200 cash straight in a trash can for them?! And why, not after all it’s only the well-being of the Swarovski business should be important to me isn’t that right?“Yeah, thanks so much again for your defective & useless product that doesn’t guarantee a purchase after you walk out the door! Thanks so much for your unprofessional service, attitude and assurance guarantee of non-safety of workmanship! And most of all, thanks a lot for lying to me and stealing my money, really thanks ? ? ? “

The woman who attended us was VERY RUDE and extremely unprofessional. My sister decided to get a necklace because of the new packaging that they show-cased. The sales woman, GHAZAL (says in receipt), gave the necklace in a old small box. We said we don’t want this box and she said that only new collection comes in the new boxes.When we asked her to show the jewelry that comes in new boxes, she said she doesn’t know what jewelry comes in those boxes. Like why do you work there if you don’t know what goes where. She kept saying that STORE IS CLOSING IN 2 MINUTES when it was only 8:45 PM. She didn’t want to show us anything and had a very bad attitude.And the WORST part is that I asked her for a diamond ring with white stones which I even tried on my hand in store and when I came home and checked the box, It was a ring with PINK stones.Because of her attitude, my sister ended up buying nothing.

I purchased necklaces at the fairview mall centre the end of December 2022 and when I opened it to use a week ago, the small swan chain, the end of necklace, was broken. So I went to the store to explain it. Just before I asked for exchanging, the clerk, Gnazal, said ‘we can’t do anything for you and that’s not the big issue. You don’t need that part when you use it.’ She was so rude and unprofessional. I asked her ‘then why Swarovski put this part if it’s not the part of the necklace.’ She just ignored and ask another clerk to talk to me. The another one said she is the assistant manager and she even said ‘you can go to a random jewelry store to fix it, it will take $20.’ I was so disappointed and it was speechless to deal with these two bad customer service minded clerks. The necklace, I never use it, and it was broken condition. Then they would said sorry for your experience at least and exchange it immediately. The assistant manager exchanged mine after all these bed experience. I had the worst customer service experience with Gnazal, the first clerk i talked and Swarovski Fairview mall centre.

Poor customer service. It felt like the lady who attended to me was more intent on being racist and condescending, as opposed to trying to sell to me. People who are supposed to be in charge of making sales for the store, end up chasing customers away, I mean can they even afford what’s being sold there? It’s appalling, really.

I would have given it 1 star but Tracy helped me out and ended up taking a lot of her time to help me find a perfect gift. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing for her coworker. Not only was she immediately rude when I walked in and she continuously watched me while I was being helped by Tracy. I can't understand how some people work in a customer service position and are fit more for a convenience store cashier or a warehouse stocker. At least put a smile on your face while working.Tracy, thank you once again for your help!

I’m not reviewing on products because it’s the same in all Swarovski stores. I’m reviewing on the service, horrible!! The manager, that is! Such a crook, full of attitude. I’m a member, spent over $1700 a year and got a gift of a pen. Walked in there, stood there for over 5 minutes, NO ONE cared to ask. They were not busy, just didn’t care. Showed the girl the email to pick up. She said she can’t give it, asked why, she said speak to manager. So be it, spoke to manager, he said I’m getting a book. I said the email says a pen and I’ve gotten that for the past 2 years. Nope, he said “they don’t give out pen, just book”. So I asked “why do you think I got an email for a pen?” Again, “nope, we don’t give out pen”. I can clearly see the attitude! I walked out of that store, told him I’ll never come back there (and never did). Went to Yorkdale location, told the employee the same thing. Right away, he explained the reason is that the company changed policy, they switched notebook for a gift. BUT, that only counts if I got an email saying I get a book, but since my email shows pen, that means I got it BEFORE the change was made. He gave me the pen I deserve AND the book too, for all the trouble. What the heck?? Same situation but the difference is big. Anyone with a fraction of a brain would know to at least give an acceptable explanation and some respect, everyone deserves that. I have emailed Swarovski head office to complain, I hope he got fired, I don’t know if he’s still there because I never went back to that place. I don’t even feel bad saying that, he is not fit for that job. Go home and learn how to treat others with respect before going back to the workforce!
