I took my car on Sept 4 2024 and explained to the front desk person the two problems my car has regarding the handbrake and noise at the back passenger tire. She confirmed that she will tell the mechanics everything but unfortunately she didn’t tell them. The reason I am saying that as when I met the mechanic outside, upon returning my car to the spot I parked, he mentioned that because of a problem in the handbrake parts I must not use the handbrake, he mentioned that it might not loose and the brakes will still hold the rims. I was very disappointed as I have to take my car back to a different mechanic after I spent more than two hours and 250 bucks. They only changed the brakes pads but they did not fix the problem.They need to learn how to treat people with respect and truth.

Really good general mechanic but not a specialty shop, brought my car issue here for almost a year and around 1400 dollars later the issue still wasn’t resolved, brought to a specialist and got it fixed within 2 days

I used to use them back in scarborough, all of their repair parts broken within 3-6 months, they should last like 3-6 years lol...Sure its cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess.Also, they are very slow, appointments don't matter, and I remember the lobby always being so dirty, stinky and cold.Can't even afford a basic heater, or mop.

I do not recommend this shop if you own a car that you really care for. They may do decent work on A to B cars, but I had a horrible experience here. They chipped the paint on my rims around the bolt holes that they denied. They did not take the car for a test drive after they replaced the wheel bearing! (What proper mechanic does not take the vehicle for a test drive; that’s the basics) and of course when I got in the car and drove off the noise the car was making was still present; which they would have found out if they had taken it for a test drive! I admit I did make mistakes myself; I should have shown them the chipped rim before I left, but I was in a rush, and I had to leave. They did say to come back to assess the wheel bearing, but after seeing how bad their work was, I just did not want to waste the time and get more aggravated. I went to TSH Auto who are amazing and know how to properly work on European cars. Please note that TSH discovered during their assessment that Synkro also did not replace the break wear sensor and just left it dangling! I hope this helps those in need.
