Dear Taps Bath Center, I’m So SORRY for mixing you up with TAPS DEPOT LTD! I realize now that I had reviewed your company before placing an order Because your reviews were so positive. I’m leaving up my post concerning the other company to help prevent my mistake. I wish you all the best!
I ordered a bathroom faucet from Taps Depot LTD. On October 20th sent email saying order being processed, on October 21 I was sent an email saying the order was ready to be delivered once shipping invoice is paid your order will be shipped automatically and you’ll receive a tracking number. I paid shipping on October 25. *All through PayPal. November 3rd I sent a follow-up email asking for information regarding delivery. Received a canned reply thanking me for the email and that a rep will respond in 1-2 business days. No reply followed.
November 10 I called gave the gentlemen my order number and he put me on hold. Then said the package had been misplaced in the warehouse. He said he was going to take care of it himself. The following week having not received tracking number I called again. They said they checked the box and ordered a missing part from the manufacturer. I said I would have liked a heads up but that I appreciated the professionalism. I called back on November 25th, this time they said they had not received the faucet.(WHAT?!)When I told him they had said they were missing just a part he “oh yes,yes,yes…that.”
I finally lost my patients on December 9th when I called requesting a tracking number for the package. I said I would like either a tracking number for the package or a refund. He asked me to open his website and read the description under the product which gives shipping information. And I said thats fine but you sent me an email over a month ago saying you were ready to ship and I have been contacting you weekly where the story keeps shifting. Long story I contacted PayPal requesting a refund. I uploaded the emails. He contested and called me which made me laugh because it was the first time! December 19 he sent a tracking number to PayPal. I received a package with amazon labeling and broken pieces of some sorta foam inside. I took pictures and sent it to PayPal. I received my refund. Buyer beware, save and document all communications, use 3rd party payment methods to protect yourself. I will not be ordering from them again.

Very disappointing customer service at TAPS Bath Centre—honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I asked for help, the receptionist spent about 15 minutes searching my company name on a laptop instead of assisting, and then no one followed up. We were simply ignored.
To make it worse, another employee said he wouldn’t help because he was worried I might take the information and buy from another store. Refusing basic assistance for that reason is unprofessional.
I don’t recommend visiting unless you have a confirmed appointment or a specific contact.

I had an excellent experience working with Danielle at Taps Bath Centre. She took the time to help me find the perfect faucets for my bathrooms—even with out-of-the-box measurements. We measured a lot, and she was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. Danielle went above and beyond by contacting manufacturers to ask additional questions and make sure everything was right. Her professionalism and politeness really stood out, and her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase—she followed up, answered all my emails and calls, and ensured replacement parts were handled smoothly. She clearly has a very strong background, and it shows. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for taps or bath parts. Thanks Danielle!

Thank you to the incredible staff at Taps! I needed a replacement cartridge for a tub that the previous home owner had purchased. I found an invoice from 10 years ago and they identified it and then treated me with extraordinary kindness at the parts counter. I will be using TAPS for all our needs moving forward, amazing customer service!

Brutal Customer Service.
I was sent a broken toilet seat. The packaging was in perfect condition, so damage obviously not caused by the shipping service. Most likely a manufacturing/packaging issue. Taps Depot refused all responsibility, told me to deal with the shipping company myself, then when pressed further wanted me to pay to ship it back to them for a refund. That’s what I get for supporting local.
They actually had the nerve to try to buy my positive review with a Starbuck’s gift card.
***Update - after 6 emails and having to contact the manufacturer, Taps Depot has finally sent me a replacement at no cost. Credit where it’s due, even if it was like pulling teeth***

Very helpful staff and customer service, made the experience of buying a kitchen faucet both pleasant and easy. Also did some comparison shopping research, in person and online, and Taps' pricing was very competitive, and was the best available price for the item we chose.

Check your warranty before you speak with Taps.
I have been dealing with Taps for the last 30 years. I found in the past their customer service for parts to be quite excellent
They would always indicate if a product was under warranty, and if so provide at no cost.
Recently I called about a Grohe faucet. I was told the part was in stock and the cost!. When I inquired about warrantied parts, the person indicated it was not under warranty, but I could call Grohe, which I did and indeed several parts I needed were under warranty at No Cost. (approximately $300 in parts). I asked the manager to call me back which he did and quite defensively dismissed my concerns that staff should indicate that they charge for the products even if under warranty!

Taps actually saved our lives today.
Issue we came with: We bought a wall mount sink and faucets and as rookie Reno folk, the faucet spout was 2 inches over the sink.
Sarita’s solution: showed us a perfect sink basin BUT we needed it asap bc the plumbers were at the house and she was able to get us the one off the wall.
This is akin to the things we say about friends -
“I’d take my shirt off my back for you” but in this case, it’s
“I’d take my sink off my wall for you” (and risk a future sale).
Thank you!
Side bar, we also got our shower faucets from them for our primary and guest bathroom and it’s perfect.

after sales service is horrible. I have now had two experiences leaving a message for parts and they dont return calls. I called the main number and asked Manager to call me and also no call. I am building a new custom home and will shop elsewhere this time. very disappointing.

Taps has a great selection of high end kitchen and bathroom faucets and fixtures. However, the hours are not great and the customer service is terrible. The salespeople are rude and rush you. They are slow to respond to phone messages and emails as well. I guess they have a captive market, so customer service is not a priority.
