I have been customer of this branch for 2 years, everything is slow motion in this branch. Average waiting time is over 15 min each time. The employees don’t care about customers’s valuable time, they prefer to chat together instead of doing their job. I don’t know if manager is aware of this inefficiency!!!!!

The Cantonese speaking lady (financial advisor at this branch), first name may be Betty and last name is probably Lee/Li always mentioning "Very Busy, Very Busy" during the appointment on November 10, 2022 which I booked online previous day.She is not polite, no patience without good manner to the customer.Especially, I am a retired senior now and I am the customer with TD Canada Trust bank and Meloche Monnex insurance for over 32 years.She needs to be demerited and to be laid off.

This branch is good as long as you want to do simple tasks such as deposit or withdrawing money.Anything more than that, you are better off elsewhere. They hire people who are fresh out of college with close to no experience.Been disappointed so many times.

I've been going to this branch for over 20 years (this location used to be the National Bank before the merger with TD). Having seen generations of staff and managers, I can comment that this branch is generally well run. Over the years I've had interactions with numerous staff and they are at least 3/5, with some exceptionally helpful and professional (quick and detail). I have never seen any sub-par service from this branch.One superior advantage of this branch is it has ample free parking spots, which is absent from the many TD branches nearby, along Yonge street.

Although I live in downtown and my business is in downtown too, I do most of my banking at this location. Recently I got help from a financial advisor Jeff. He was knowledgeable, passionate, empathetic and patient. I highly recommend him if you need any advices with making any changes to your account/product. I will for sure follow Jeff wherever branch he moves to do all my banking and get professional advices in future

After being declined for a new build preapproval by their bank who they've been with for many years with a clean record, they were disappointed as they felt it was within reach. Decision was understandable as things are difficult during the effects of this challenging pandemic and major banks are no exception to be affected.. but it is still heart breaking to see parents like that and feel so helpless.Mom does daily banking with TD and had always said great things. Through some searching, we found Darwin Truong. Darwin is multilingual which helped remove any language barriers with our Parents. More importantly, despite the Manager title and us currently not being TD mortgage clients, he treated our entire family as if we were invaluable clients. His willingness to help was very apparent. Instead of simply declining because of the challenging situation, Darwin listened with care, without jargon explained in detail without why the preapproval may have been declined before and spent time giving realistic options on how to rectify the situation to grant the preapproval. Parents were so happy which was priceless to see.Through this experience, we can confidently say a couple things. For one, Darwin showed that going above and beyond for customer service can still exist regardless of their title and busy schedule at a major bank like TD. Last but not least, he has won over 2 new households for mortgage renewals. A lot of the responses we got from Darwin were 'no worries' and 'happy to help', but we wanted to take this time to say... Thank You Darwin for helping our Parents' dreams come true.
