On Thursday, door was locked with customers inside, I was waiting outside to come in, but the employee who was holding the door didn’t tell us to not wait under the door at list and it was as so rude!!! No one answered on the customers calls!! . the worst location, never go again.
Additionally: I reviewed all 1 star comments, now it makes sense of my experience as well. Even I like Ted baker, I would avoid this location in the future!!!

Yesterday, I had an incredibly distressing experience at Ted Baker located in Yorkdale Mall. While trying on dresses, I encountered an employee whose name I unfortunately do not know. He asked if anyone was in the fitting room, to which I replied affirmatively. Shockingly, he proceeded to open the curtain abruptly, catching me undressed. I immediately protested, asking why he would do such a thing. Instead of apologizing, he began banging on the door insistently, yelling at me to come out.
His justification was that the fitting room was supposedly closed, despite there being no visible sign indicating so. It begs the question: even if a fitting room is closed, should an employee open the door when they know someone is inside, undressed and vulnerable? This behavior was not only disrespectful but also highly inappropriate and distressing.
Feeling violated and unsure of what to do, I contemplated involving the police due to what felt like a clear case of sexual harassment. However, the employee did not provide me with his name, complicating matters further.
This incident has left me deeply shaken and upset. It was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever endured. I urge management at Ted Baker to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment.

I found the 2 ladies at the front desk extremely rude. No courtesy will never put my foot into that store ever.

Had a weird experience in there with both workers a woman and man following me as if I was going to steal their discounted and cheaply made merchandise. I went by the purses the lady at the cash ran over to the purses to immediately reorganize them…afterwards the cashier and the male worker stood by the shoes having a facade of a conversation to literally speed walk to the front as I was about to leave. Very disheartening that’s why they’ll be unemployed soon I’m sure they’ve made others feel this way. I asked about a patent leather wallet with a clasp the one with the bobbles which I had purchased in the past from Nordstrom and she immediately had a weird response. I knew she didn’t know what I was talking about but she pretended that she did and stayed where the wallets were staring at me. My younger self would have made her feel just as uncomfortable as I did. Everything they have is trash waste of a trip. This happened on June 5th, the people working the morning shift.

I had the best experience this week. I was helped by Anthony and he really put me together perfectly from head to toe. I had so many compliments on my outfit. He’s my person now for shopping - he doesn’t know it yet!

I recently purchased a black dress from Ted Baker, and within two weeks, we discovered a defect we hadn't noticed initially. When we tried to exchange it for the same size, the manager claimed it was worn due to the removed tag and pilling on the sleeve, refusing our request. Despite explaining that it was unworn and providing the tag, they declined to replace it. Extremely disappointing customer service experience – won't be buying from this store again.
