Visited Telus store and had a disappointing experience with the salesperson, Videt. They were rude and unwilling to assist, prompting me to cancel my decision to transfer to Telus. Unfortunate customer service encounter.

I came here today on Aug 11,2023 after having a broken screen and my agent was Anastasis T and he was so professional and we got a new phone. He is great agent. If you need to work get a new phone go to TELUS / KOODO store in Fairview mall and ask for Anastasis T. Amazing professional guy. Thanks

Thanks to Alif’s outstanding customer service, I successfully set up a plan for my son’s Apple Watch in minutes! This is after spending hours on the phone (repeatedly explaining the issues to at least 4 different tech supports/sales@ Rogers!! It was so painful). It’s rare to find people who are both knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to help customers solve problems - Alif is one of them! He took the time to make sure I set up everything correctly before I leave the store. After this experience, I totally gave up on Rogers… I am switching!

As of date, customer service at this location has been pretty stellar each time I visited - any telecom company in this country is horrible to deal with, but the sales persons are trying their best to help customers here & seem very honest. When you ask questions, when you change your mind, when a new phone gives problems, they seem (at least from my experience) to be endlessly patient & try their best.Their sales person Anastasis (whose name was prob. already mentioned in the reviews) really does go the extra mile & seems very experienced in product knowledge. Only 1 star taken off for TELUS itself being a headache to do business with.

Watch out for the staff at this store/location. We went here to purchase new phones and "renew" our plans. Dealing with Canadian telecoms is a pain at the best of times, but this was a new low. There was a clear intention on the part of the representative we dealt with to confuse us as much as possible, and when we checked our accounts online later that day, we found that much of the information he had given to us was false, including discounts that were promised and not applied, and prices on certain upgrades being higher than we were promised. Frankly we should have been more careful and less trusting, but we were pressed for time, and the process took over 2 hours.Luckily for us, TELUS customer service was fairly helpful (after several hours on the phone, and escalating the complaint), and ultimately took care of the situation for us. I recommend dealing with TELUS remotely if possible because the practice in store seems to be high-pressure sales and misinformation.

I went into looking to activate a business phone line. Omar, the business sales consultant, presented himself as professional and knowledgeable in our interaction. He was easy to communicate with when outlining plan options, terms, & conditions. Furthermore, he was able to secure an offer that lead to monthly discount and even waived the connection charges. Look forward to continuing my business relationship with Telus. Thank you!

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LONG RANT BEFORE MY ACTUAL REVIEW! BUT I MUST, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND MY 5 STAR RATING.My Samsung charge 2 watch stopped working at the end of April 2022. When I called in, Telus asked me to take it to a mobile klinik but there, the agent told me they do not deal with smart watches just tablets and phones. I called telus back and they asked me to take it to either of 2 locations: Samsung at Scarborough Town Centre or Samsung at Yorkdale Mall. @Samsung Scarborough, after about 45mins of completing paperwork, the agent advised me that if I take the watch to Samsung Yorkdale I won't pay a shipping fee since there are technicians right there at that location. A few days later, I went to the Yorkdale location. There, they told me that I should go to Samsung Eaton Centre and not come to them. At this point, I grew very frustrated and left! I called telus a few days later and they told me I should return to the telus location where I originally got the watch and that's in Ajax. Keep in mind I now reside in Toronto. Credit to the two agents there (Maran & Daniel), they were extremely patient and helpful. I got my watch issue resolved (or so I thought). I could gave sworn that I was told that it would take 3-5 days for me to get the watch shipped to me. After about 7 days, I followed up but I was told that I must have misunderstood and it's 3-5 weeks and not days! I canceled the transaction and went to a location in Scarborough (PC wireless). There I met a very helpful gentleman who ordered me a watch and told it me I can pick it up in about 3 days. 3 days later, I followed up and was told that it is on back order and that I'll be getting it by June 10th. 10th turned to 13th, 13th turned to 22nd! Wow!!!On June 13th after getting this news of further delay of the watch, I casually walked into the Telus location at Fairview Mall, and PROBLEM SOLVED! I was attened to by a very patient and understanding Customer Service Team especially (Abisheik, D). I walked out of there very satisfied! Thanks Telus Fairview!! Thanks for resolving this issue! Though no one can tell me what to do with my current watch, I'm left paying the balance left on it plus for a new one, I'm just satisfied I can have my smart connection device again. Thanks!!

I went to this store last week to transfer everything from my Google phone to an iphone. John was extremely helpful and patient. I am a 68 year old who is totally intimidated by technology and it was a painless experience. After I got home, I discovered an issue with the volume on the ringer. I called John who looked into a solution for me and called back. His suggestion fixed the problem! I'd gone to the Telus store at Eglinton Square as it's very close to where I live and they had told me I'd need to go to the Apple store to solve the problem. My experience couldn't have been better.

I had the worst customer experience at Telus fairview mall. I was trying to purchase a phone however, the representative ‘john’ was being super aggressive and disrespectful. Please reach out to me Telus. This is not acceptable and tolerable. I am glad that i wasn’t beat up......
