Bought a Model 3 back in October 2023. On delivery day, inspected the car and found scrapes underneath the front bumper extending to the plastic undercarriage protecting the battery compartment. Was assured by the delivery personnel that Tesla Service Centre would fix it.Were they blind? Didn't they inspect the car before releasing it to the customer or were they hoping that the customer would not notice? Boys and girls, always inspect your purchase not once, not twice but at least three times to make sure your purchase was not damaged. Pretty sure they would not perform any warranty work if the damage was brought to their attention after driving off the lot. Pretty shady dealership to say the least. This was my first Tesla and will be my last Tesla.

Krish from Toronto Lawrence was great to deal with, was a massive help getting me into my Model Y. Thankfully after a few vehicles with some fit and finish issues I was able to drive home a very happy client. Thanks Krish for all the help !

I had the worst experience with this showroom that made me not want to own a Tesla ever in my life. I went to order a vehicle which I did. The sales person Simin quoted me with a number that I have a proof of it in my email. I agreed and placed the order and paid the $250 ordering fee. Just in a few minutes after charging me the fee, the quote increased by over $100 per month!! When I asked for an explanation she told me she would open a file to find out. This was on Sep 9th and the delivery was due around mid October and I had to sell my vehicle. I didn't hear anything for a few days, and when I tried to call her, I was poorly treated by her. After 10 days and no explanation and no final quote, I decided to cancel my order due to the bad experience. I have worked in luxury goods customer service environment for over 10 years and the service I received was unbelievably poor! I've been waiting since Sep 19th for the refund of my deposit. Every time I message the Tesla number they tell me they will update me. I don't even know who's taking care of my messages and I hope it's not Simin the salesperson. I tried calling the customer service, but it's impossible to reach anyone, and it's all automated. Avoid this Tesla showroom and avoid this salesperson.

Zéro star!!!This was the worst customer service ever! We booked a test drive on a Sunday afternoon, thinking it would not be busy so we could have time to talk to the sales rep. We were not greeted at the front, we waited past our appointment time. There were at least 3 very unprofessional sales representatives. (One man at the entrance, woman at a desk on her phone clearly seeing us and ignoring us, and another one randomly walking around )We finally approached the front desk inquire about the test drive. Then Colin came over and asked us to follow him, with our much of a greeting or explanation he led us to the demo cars outside. He gave us a 30 sec. Tutorial of how to turn on the car, change the mirrors and said we had 15 mins then left us.When we returned Colin was no where to be found, we stood inside the dealership to find again nobody providing any customer service. One sales was on his phone sitting in the back seat of a car! the other woman had her head buried in her phone trying to ignore us again until we approached her and asked for Colin. She took the key and in a rude tone said Colin will be back soon!This was the worst customer service dealership!We wanted to purchase a car but because of this experience we will not buy it or at least not buy from this location !!!!Do not go to this location!I would consider filing a complaint to Tesla if that is possible.

The black guy with a bit of grey in his beard.. who helps in the parking lot is really a great employee. Nice, fast, friendly and helpful person. Great guy!

UPDATED: The delivery of our Model 3 went great and we love our new car but we are having a terrible experience with our trade in. The dealership is supposed to remove your old plates and transport your trade in using a flatbed truck, but we got a charge from Hwy 407 showing that our trade in was driven with our original plates.If you are looking to trade in your car here, you would likely be better off taking the plates off and returning it to Service Ontario yourself.It took me about 2 weeks to resolve the issue myself but after visiting the dealership in person, Ajay was super professional, respectful and helpful, took responsibility on behalf of the dealership's error and offered an apology and a goodwill gesture for all the headache it caused.

The general manager Ahmed has this place running flawlessly. Shabnam was incredibly kind, accommodating, and informative. They gave me long range model Y for an overnight test drive and it was truly an experience. Highly recommend!

I just came in for the test drive spoke to Shabnam. I did not even have appointment for the test drive.She got me in right away. We drove the car and we loved it. We walked out with the car within 2 hours. She explained everything in detail. Got us the best price and next morning we are walking out with brand new Tesla....

If I could I would give zero star. I picked up my new Model Y yesterday afternoon, and they parked the car in the delivery room against wall, so I didn't get a chance to look at the rear bottom, and when I drove the car back home, I found two small scratches on the rear left and you know what?! When I took a close look, the rear left bumper reflector is BROKEN!!! How could you deliver a broken car to your customer who's getting our second Tesla?! This is ridiculous! You should be ashamed of your delivery service! Your service center disgraced Tesla brand!!!

Amazing!!! JESS our sales girl amazing! She was able to help with every little thing, she is understanding, caring and polite. Very easy process. She will help you if you are honest with her. The dealership in general is great, everything is places accordingly. At the pick up, NEAL was awesome! He was able to get us the answers needed from all our inquires. He knows his stuff and he is funny. We all had a great time! This experience was special regarding car sales and dealership interaction. Never better. Once again great people working there!!

Neil at the Lawrence dealership goes above and beyond with all clients. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. While the sales process at the dealer was a bit more hands off than expected, Neil blew us away with his tutorial and explanation of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Huge thank you, Neil!

Took delivery of my Model Y last Wednesday, the whole process was seamless.Noah took the time to answer my questions even when things got super busy. He booked me in for a test drive which convinced me I needed a Tesla to call my own. Through the whole process, I was never pressured into making the purchase. The cars speak for themselves.

If you're considering purchasing a Tesla Model Y, you may want to think twice. My experience with this vehicle has been less than satisfactory. While Tesla's customer service representatives at the repair shop have been great and very professional, the ride has been significantly underwhelming for the cost of the vehicle. I feel that a 1992 Honda Accord drives smoother than a 2022 Tesla Model Y.One of the most concerning issues I have experienced is persistent vibrations in the steering wheel, gas pedal, and seats. Tesla service personnel told me that this is normal for the vehicle, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would accept this level of discomfort in a high-end car like the Model Y.Another issue that has significantly impacted my driving experience is the persistent wind noise. It is incredibly annoying and detracts from the overall driving experience. I expected better sound insulation in a vehicle at this price point.During winter months, I have also experienced significant heat loss due to poor insulation around the windows, which causes air leakage from the cabinet. This has required me to keep the heat on at all times, which is not only uncomfortable but also impacts the vehicle's overall efficiency and energy consumption.Overall, my experience with the Tesla Model Y raises serious questions about the car's overall quality and durability. While Tesla's customer service representatives have been helpful, it seems that the vehicle's design and engineering fall short of what one would expect from a high-end electric car manufacturer.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Tesla Model Y to anyone seeking a high-quality and reliable car. If you're in the market for an electric car, I would suggest exploring other options before making a decision. The Model Y may have innovative technology, but it appears to have significant design flaws that cannot be overlooked
