The buying process is good, there's no pressure from the sales rep and he was there to answer any question. The delivery went OK, not well and here's why. We bought a new but on display furniture. Due to its size pressed my concern that it will not fit as it is and may get damaged if forced. The sales rep confirmed that the back rest are removable and he will have it removed and properly wrapped to avoid damage. Come the delivery, the entire thing is in one piece! The delivery people did remove the back and was lucky that the furniture was not damaged as they had to do it on the sidewalk!
Never promise anything you can't fulfill. To give credit to the delivery people, they were able to remove and re attach the back rest but all those and potential damage could have been avoided if it was done in the store as promised by the sales rep.
