Wonderful employees, supportive too. I had issues with ? delivery morons from Fed Ex in UK.....ideally would be Royal Mail, but that wasn't among options !

I find unique items at The Coin Shoppe that I can not find elsewhere.The items purchased are always as described.I made a phone call to the store and was pleasantly surprised that someone picked up the call promptly without me having to navigate through an automated phone system. Jack was pleasant to speak with and all of the requests regarding my order adjustments were accomplished as far as I can see, properly. That makes two successful order adjustments.There's a loyalty program that I used to give me a break on prices that's available to everyone.There you have it -1. Loyalty prices2. Great personal customer service3. Unique as described itemsChecks all the boxes for me.

I enjoy shopping at The Coin Shoppe because they usually have the exact coins I’m looking for, for my collection. Most of the time their prices are better than the American website I search to compare. Often times I purchase items that are in pre-sale to get the best pricing and the items are always shipped promptly when they become available. I appreciate that The Coin Shoppe list prices in American dollars and Canadian, very convenient for us Americans.
