Experience the worst customer service experience today. I was just browsing some stuff and I was treated like I didn't belong there. It felt like me and my wife were being interrogated there as soon as we entered. I understand that the reps needed to promote their service and I think they are pushed to make sales but the way they pitched it was bad. How are you supposed to promote the way you ask questions with a terrible attitude and accusatory. Also when we tried to window shop, another rep came to us to see if we were going to buy something and to take it out already from the shelf and put it at the cashier when we didn't even ask for help or indicate we were purchasing. I already told them earlier we were just looking. I've been coming to this location for many years now and never had a problem with the staff. The Source really needs to train their staff better.

Is the worst service ever very racist and she said that if I was philipino she would do me an exchange. She said I’ve been working here for 12 years if I was bad at customer service they would fire me, like what what type of answer is this to give to a customer. I went for an exchange like I didn’t know is the day 31 not 30 days . Worst service

I always come here. The workers are competent and they are really kind and know how to help you. You can also order products online and have them picked up within an hour or sometimes less than an hour. The Source is a great place to shop if you're looking for appliances and Bell's rebates are here too.
