Excellent and helpful service. I’ve been going to this UPS store since long time. I used to ship and print. The staff is very respectful and friendly. Especially Mr. Hassan, he has a really nice treatment with customers and his service is very quick. However, other staff are excellent also. Would highly recommend this store.

I’ve been going to this UPS store for as long as I can remember because it’s the closest to me. And every time I’m there, they deliver with exceptional customer service. I usually go there to print stuff out and for the first time, I recently completed a return for some items with them and the process was so so easy, quick and CHEAP (about $20). Hassan is one of the main guys I see there and attends to me; very friendly and knowledgeable guy. However, everyone I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with there has also been kind, patient and excellent with their customer service. I will be taking my passport photo soon here as well. I’d definitely recommend this location, especially if you’re close by! They do pretty much everything.

I visited the UPS and DHL authorized store to return two packages – one with UPS and the other with DHL. The team there was quick, friendly, and helpful with labeling and the entire return process. It was a seamless and pleasant experience with their efficient and kind staff. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone there a few times to return things and have always received good service from the gentleman there. Today my husband and I brought our 2 toddlers to get their passport photos taken and the gentleman was there again with a lady Ariana who was also very sweet. he was so lovely and patient with them. he gave them each a lollipop and took the time to allow them feel comfortable. great customer service and will continue going there for my returns. much appreciated.
