Purchased 2 front brand new tires $170 each and they were very low quality, but was reassured they were premium, they began to bald very quickly. Found out they were made in China! Wheel balance was done incorrectly and caused violence shaking in the front end of my BMW X5. I contacted them and was told there was no record of the sale and they are not responsible by a very rude receptionist! I had to bring them Road Auto & Tires Center Inc, check out pics below.
Not a happy customer. 😕ðŸ˜

Let me just start of my saying I've been coming to tires tires for well over 10 years and never felt the need to leave a review. Recently they hired this girl in the photo. She is rude, ill-mannered and completely unprofessional. Tires tires has too much of loyal customer base for this girl to talking to customers any sort of way. Before even finishing helping me she started to help another customer his name was Alfredo, then she continued to help and speak in Spanish. Without ever saying anything to me. I left sat in my car to write this review.

I had a very bad experience yesterday they didn't do a good job
2023 lexus rx 350h.
Replacement of one tire went wrong when they put back the ball joints the wrong way or too fast however Diego did send me to a mechanic shop to fix the problem.
I did mention to him if lexus lease finds out that they did a custom job on the wheel bearing I will come back and he will pay for damages.
They did waste 4 hours of my time
When I asked Diego who owns the shop he refused to give me their names.
This review is for the record incase they will refuse to pay for damages if lexus finds out and will charge me $$$$.
This review will stay until this matter will be solved.

Today my daughter went to put the summer tires on and she didn't know that they were not the right size, but they were put on. The person who installed them didn't care and put them on without informing her of the danger she was running when driving on the 401. and causing an accident that could have cost her and another person their lives. We called to ask why they didn't inform us and the only thing they told us is that they only limit themselves to changing the tires??????

Should hire people who check tires properly when changed. My tires were changed and 30 mins later it was flat due to a nail puncture site. Only to find myself on the highway with flat tire. Work on quality control pls

Bought 4 used tires and didn't have a problem, then after 8 months one sprang a leak. I brought it back for them to fix and they had a few guys look at it, couldn't find the leak, but offered to clean the tire. I let them do that, they charged me $25. The tire continued to leak for weeks, one day I sprayed some soap and water on the valve and there was the leak. I drove to tire tire and asked if they would fix the valve problem, but was told they don't do that there, I needed to go to a mechanic. (Filipino lady with glasses) I brought my car to someone else, they replaced the valve and its working no problem now. I'm shocked that a tire place would not replace a valve especially to a customer.
