Why is it so hard to get a hold of the store when trying to call. I even call in different hours since yesterday just to ask a simple question and there is never any answer. So frustrating!

Worst customer service. They make their own policies, I returned a gift since i didnt like it and asked for a gift card so I can get something else and the employee told me that i can use it only in store without giving a valid reason even though, i told her that what i wanted is not in the store and the funny part that UGG THE COMPANY doesnt have that policy at all as I called them to confirm. I’ll make sure to ruin your reputation because that is so unfair, what am i going to do with a $250 gift card if i cant buy what i want???????

The staff here are amazing! but I was very disappointed when I went to the store here at yorkdale. How does the actual Ugg store not have anything that brown and b2 does. The store dynamic is great with very welcoming staff but I was really upset leaving without any products. Ugg is a great store for the winter and the fact that you don’t have anything during the winter especially during the winter holidays is not okay. Once again the staff were amazing but Ugg needs to do better!

Apparently this store puts out their own refund policy which does not align with their company website. They told me no refunds during holidays because it’s busy but the funny thing is, the staffs were standing around available? They told me I should have called to confirm before coming, seriously? I called the online rep and they told me this was not their policy…??♀️

UGG Yorkdale staff rocks they are friendly and knowledgeable. The price is higher than the previous years but what has not gone up to the sky in inflation. My attitude towards the upsell is you work hard so spend harder lol ?

Bad attitude from the people working here, they look to be the type to not do more than they’re paid for and this attitude prevents them from excelling with customers. Bad faces, bad vibe, everything is either “No” or “can’t do that” type of attitude. Horrible. These people need customer service training to learn how to treat people and if they hate people so much they should find a job where they don’t have to deal with people. BAD BAD BAD, the products and prices are alright to good.

Returned online items to the store and was told that it needs to go to the warehouse and then you get a refund. I questioned the rep and it turns out it is incorrect. Rep was clearly not trained well. I’m sorry, this isn’t professional and training is needed. Can we get a reply please from the store manger on this experience. How can you allow reps who knows nothing to work on the floor. Update - had to keep calling the online service and finally got a manager named John to do a refund - done manually as per him, he said he didn’t know why it took so long. 1 full month for a refund. He was the only helpful person in this whole process

Horrible attitude! I went to the store with the intention of buying a pair of Uggs which I had my eye on just needed to try the size, the sale person had the worst attitude, and treated me like I didn't want to buy! (even if that was case it didn't justify the way she acted) I realize they have to deal with crazy customers from time to time but maybe change your job if you cant answer even simple questions without giving attitude! needless to say I didn't buy and found the same pair in Nordstrom for cheaper! I will never go back to this hell of the store

Absolutely the worst customer service ever from Shavon! Not a polite smile or word. There was a pair of heels my mom really liked and we asked if there was her size, he rudely said no the only size I have is 8, which is way too small. We let it go. I bought a pair of boots and asked about the return policy he again rudely said 14 days, but when I left and looked at the receipt it said return within 30 days!! A couple days later we went back and I asked another worker for the size of my moms from the heels she liked and they have it, I asked how long they had it for she said always. So Shavon lied and gave extremely rude with poor customer service!!!

Black, skinny, male “manager” named Isaiah is incompetent. Can’t do anything more than customer service. Printer doesn’t even work so he had to manually write my info on paper.Update: I called back because I haven’t gotten a refund after waiting 10 days, when his coworker handed the phone to me, he answered “Hello” and that’s it like I’m one of his little friends. Not “Hello, my name is Isaiah and I’m the manager, how can I help you?” BASIC phone etiquette he doesn’t even have.

This is by far the best location I have been too. It is clean, very organized, always stocked and the associate are extremely helpful. The managers I have met Isaiah and Nadia have both helped me with my purchases on different occasions. They have answered all my questions whether it be about about boots/winter gear, the summer wear and the clothing. They have both helped me tremendously on what colours to wear with what outfit. Isaiah has been a life saver on many occasions. He is extremely professional, honest, friendly and very understanding. The Ugg’s company is very fortunate to have him as manager! They need more managers like Isaiah throughout their company.
