Bought a rhinestone sugar cane and ordered the silver leopard one. After I paid the next day was told it was not available. They sent me a picture of a gold one. I called Maria to inform her that I wanted silver and black and did not want gold on my cane. Asked for refund. She said yes. Later that day she called me to inform me that a silver leopard came in. She shipped it. I received it and it was not the silver leopard it was gold, black and silver. Called to inform her she sent wrong one and was told that was the new silver leopard. (Lied). I can not get a refund only an exchange even though I did not receive proper one. Do not trust what they say

It is a pleasure to deal with Maria Gademans. She has very good people skills and brings alight-hearted atmosphere to transactions, and it is obvious that she cares about her clients.

We are very happy with our second ultramatic bed. And very impressed with the improvement of this new bed....more clearance space underneath for easier cleaning. We also paid it forward by donating our old bed to a senior who needed the adjusting features.

Chair is comfortable and works well. My cats are not using it for a scratching post as it is leather. It would be nice to have it in a smaller size as I am short.

I ordered a cane from Ultramatic Canada and was dealing with Maria. When I put in my first order it was the wrong item. I sent Maria an email explaining everything and she responded right away telling me the right item was on its way now. She made this transaction so smooth, was extremely helpful and very kind. Wow am I impressed! I just bought a used ultramatic double size bed. This bed is almost 20 years old. Still works like a charm! That was the first thing I was impressed with. But then I noticed the remote control was sticking a little bit so I called ultramatic Canada to see about purchasing an updated remote. I spoke with Susie, the customer service manager. Not only did she give me a crash course in the remote and how it worked, but she told me about the bed and she told me about the different options on the bed and all of this despite not having sold me the bed! That is so classy in my books. And I know I will never go anywhere else when I'm ready to buy my NEW ULTRAMATIC adjustable bed! SO impressed!!!Deborah ❤

I called the company to replace a mattress for my Mom's Ultramatic adjustable bed. The customer service representative, Gary, was very helpful in helping me choose the correct mattress for her needs and arranging delivery. Very satisfied with our purchase, and with the company.

When our brother passed away, we reached out to Ultramatic for advice on reselling his Ultramatic twin bed. Maria answered our call and provided us with information on the price point to expect, and several pointers for moving it. After we concluded our conversation, to my surprise and delight Maria phoned us back. She suggested we consider donating the bed to a Veteran. Since our family members have a long history of military service and Legion membership, we were immediately in support of this idea. Maria provided us with the contact information for several Legion branches in our area of BC making it easier for us to go forward. I found the overall experience to be positive. I enjoyed dealing with the salesman Gary. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and walked me through all the features of the Supreme Pillow Tilt Base. The motors run smooth and quiet. Once he explained everything, it made the buying decision much easier. The package included complimentary items such as 200 thread count sheets that I will never use, and a pair of memory foam pillows that never did expand! Definitely not of the same quality as the base! I have been using the bed for a few weeks now and enjoy the various settings, all of which have helped me and my bad back.There is an issue with the massage unit and their customer service department has arranged for it to be replaced this week.The decision to go with Ultramatic over the competition was the right one, and I look forward to many years of satisfying use.Thanks Gary for your assistance.

Worst customer service! I tried for weeks to speak to someone for advice before ordering and no one ever got back to me. I tried by phone, e-mail, and chat! And now they tell me that the bed that I could afford on sale is sold out! I waited all year for this sale and now I have to look elsewhere.
