He allowed me a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle (S-Class 550 4matic) and to test drive it. I was in fact most impressed with post purchase communication with Bay Auto Zone. After two weeks, I observe brake fluid leak, I called Sam, and he quickly arranged service appointment through Al. I went in and had the leakage checked and fixed by a team of professional mechanics led by Zee. I was very pleased with how everything went. “I don't know even where to start. Have bought over 26 vehicles in the past 20 years and never dealt with a dealership like Venus. Personally have trust issues with used car dealers, let me say most UPFRONT and HONEST people I have ever dealt with. Words can not express the service and family oriented feel Max and his team create and deliver. Have dealt with dealers from Nova Scotia to Calgary but have not ever purchased a vehicle with such ease and peace of mind from the initial phone call to signing the purchase papers. Everything was upfront and not hidden. Was even trying to sell/trade in a vehicle on my first visit to the dealership but due to the type of vehicle it wasn't feasible as a trade in and Max even gave pointers on how to sell the vehicle and contact was kept on his part on the progress...who takes the time to do that? Not knowing I was a serious buyer of one of his vehicles. Due to the rarity of the vehicle bought from Venus I was searching for awhile and nothing compared to what I found at Venus. I rarely ever leave reviews (I think 4 in my whole life time) but when recognition is deserved it should be given.”
