Among all the brands I explored, Mazda left the best overall impression on me. The CX-30? is absolutely lovely in design, both cute and elegant at the same time. The interior features are extremely thoughtful, especially the Head-Up Display and the 360-degree camera system, which are incredibly beginner-friendly and give me a great sense of safety and confidence as a new driver.

I want to commend how honest and professional this automotive shop is—especially the friendly front desk staff member (I didn’t get his name). They were very upfront about the oil change price, so I knew what to expect, and they gave me a clear estimate of how long it would take. “What a savior! Got a used car, my 1st car in Canada, so I went to get it checked again with Bob even tho it came with the safety certificate. So many important issues came up that after chatting with Bob, we decided I should go back to where the safety was done and give them hell so they could fix it all without me getting charged. He showed me all around, the why's and what's, it got all fixed! Bob, thank you again and again!

“Car was veering left. Came here no appointment, but had to wait for ice and snow to melt for ~30 minutes before putting it up on the rig. They put it up and got it all done in another 30 minutes.

“I have a b9 Audi s5 and I’ve been dealing with a problem for half a year now going to multiple different shops before I came to Arthur. Honestly if I had knew about Arthur and his team I would’ve came here a lot sooner. But I’ve been dealing with an issue where my car has been shutting down and throwing multiple fault codes and no shop was able to figure it out even after a few of them went through it a couple of times. I’ve replaced parts, paid for multiple diagnostics and labour. I’ve spent too much to let my car go. And I was afraid of spending more to fix it. But I had seen that Arthur and his team have fixed other challenging electrical tasks before so they took their time and fixed my problem within a week. Although I do have an Audi presence malfunction from the last shop I’ve been too and an SOS malfunction from getting it fixed with Arthur. Arthur reassured me that he can clear both of the remaining codes. But I am super happy that I’ve found these guys because it’s been way too long since I’ve driven the car. And I’m glad I have it back now!”
