“In 2023 I was referred to Elite Auto Collision by a friend who is an auto insurance adjuster and a mechanic. It says a lot about this place. Not only are they really good at fixing cars but also have many years of experience. If you are deciding on a place to have your car fixed after an accident this is the place to go. I really appreciated the honest recommendations by Mario and Joe his brother and the service, and the job by the technicians they are really good. I was sold a used vehicle by a dealer which did not repair the previous damages on my car properly and now it looks brand new. I also enjoyed playing with their unofficial mascot Bruno while waiting for my car.

It’s 2026 and well it’s my third time coming to the shop. Whenever I call I can hear Mario ask me… Ya hit another pothole again?! Anyways, just kidding! This time it was a car accident. Even though I wasn’t at fault I was told by my insurance if I choose my own shop I may pay out of pocket. I still chose Elite Auto Collision. Joe really helped me through the process as it was already stressful enough and talking to insurance and other things too. I also appreciate that it was original OEM parts and Joe really helped me out and always excellent service and workmanship. It was also easy for the car rental as well they arrange the pick up and I just dropped off the car at the shop. I didn’t see Bruno the unofficial mascot I heard he’s on vacation but this time but I met Ralph he’s the sweetest.”

“I have a b9 Audi s5 and I’ve been dealing with a problem for half a year now going to multiple different shops before I came to Arthur. Honestly if I had knew about Arthur and his team I would’ve came here a lot sooner. But I’ve been dealing with an issue where my car has been shutting down and throwing multiple fault codes and no shop was able to figure it out even after a few of them went through it a couple of times. I’ve replaced parts, paid for multiple diagnostics and labour. I’ve spent too much to let my car go. And I was afraid of spending more to fix it. But I had seen that Arthur and his team have fixed other challenging electrical tasks before so they took their time and fixed my problem within a week. Although I do have an Audi presence malfunction from the last shop I’ve been too and an SOS malfunction from getting it fixed with Arthur. Arthur reassured me that he can clear both of the remaining codes. But I am super happy that I’ve found these guys because it’s been way too long since I’ve driven the car. And I’m glad I have it back now!”

“We’ve been going to VMS Auto for about 10 years now and have brought them five different vehicles over that time. Honestly, we don’t have a single bad thing to say about them.
Victor and Tony are both amazing mechanics. They really know what they’re doing, and every job we’ve had done has been great. Whether it’s regular maintenance or a bigger repair, the work is always done properly, the pricing is fair, and we’ve never had to worry about anything afterward. Marcie is also awesome—she’s always super friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with at the front.
They’re easy to book with, really accommodating, and always do their best to work around your schedule. On top of being great at what they do, they’re also extremely honest. A few weeks ago, I brought my car in thinking I needed front brakes. They already had it up on the lift and were ready to do the job, but after checking everything, they told me the brakes were still fine and didn’t need to be replaced yet. They easily could have done the work and charged me, but they didn’t.
That kind of honesty, along with the quality of their work, is why we’ve kept going back for so long. Victor, Marcie, and Tony are all genuinely great people, and VMS Auto is an amazing shop all around. After 10 years and five vehicles, I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can actually trust.”
