Have dealt with them in the past and have always had an amazing experience. Looking to replace a missing tool. Every vendor I caller had zero interest. Variety Tools was the only one willing to help. Highly recommend.

Was referred to here by my boss after he rebuilt his impact gun here several years ago…Brought my impact gun here to be rebuilt which was a 2235Ti, took a whole month, and 4 phone calls. Was told my gun was ready, ended up picking up a whole different impact gun, which was a 2135QXP. Owner either kept my gun or LOST it….Owner insisted it was “my” impact gun which is crazy! Both guns are different size cases… Anyways needed the tool to work with which was better than nothing. It was either a junk impact gun or this replacement!Owner wasn’t even honest about what happened. Never coming back here again for ANYTHING that’s for sure.Stay away.

Variety Tool really live to to their name. They do have a great variety of tools and at a great price. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find the right tool for any job. If your a DIYer and need advice on choosing a tool, they will help and are pleasant at doing so. If you need basic tools for the home they got that too.

This store carries everything you could possibly need without fail. I was recommended by a colleague who shops here regularly and decided to visit this place after an unsuccessful search for a particular product.I was welcomed by the owner (I believe that’s who he was) who was very friendly and he assured I was attended to. I was searching for a specific part that I was unable to find elsewhere and the owner took his time to look through the hardware catalogue with me and ordered the part I needed. I was not only quoted a very fair price, but I received the item the NEXT day! As I mentioned before, I was unable to find this part anywhere, yet the owner managed to get his hands on it.I will definitely be returning here and recommending other colleagues + customers about this store. Owner is fantastic, prices are incredible and they have everything you could possibly need.-Dave

Really friendly owner and staff June was really nice especially. needed rear caliper triple square 14mm socket for Audi they had it thanks variety tools tools at Sheridan Mall thank guys socket fits and works perfectly for the job needed they might be busy so just be be patient. And they we'll help u out as best as they can.
