Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a shoe store. The manager, Joan, went above and beyond, and was incredibly helpful at trying to find the right shoes for us. Would definitely recommend to all my friends & family!

Very unprofessional it says store open at 10 am and it's 10:30 now still store is closed i came from transit it took me 1 and half hour to reach here just because no other store were showing open before 11 or 12 very disappointed

definitely one of the best experience I've had for shoe shopping. they were very knowledgeable. I stand a lot so I need something with good support. I would highly recommend them. They have a lot of different kinds of shoes so you're bound to find something you'll love!

The manager here, shamus Luke, was very helpful. He took a lot of time helping my mom in finding the right shoe for her, and explained things really well. Very good customer service. Will be back!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Excellent selection. I was greeted immediately by Fahimeh, who helped me find what I was looking for. The manager, Shamus, went out of his way to make sure my orthotics would fit into the new shoes, and also gave me excellent tips about what shoes work best. The store was full, but no one seemed to be kept waiting too long. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

I was in the area and I thought I'd give it a try, went in and I wasn't greeted and nobody asked me if I needed help. I had to walk up to the 2 female employees that were busy talking to one another and ask for help and she looked so irritated that I approached her. That is ridiculous because her job is to help customers not to be socializing with fellow employees.
If you're looking for New Balance shoes I recommend the New Balance store at CF Shops At Don Mills. The guy who works there is super friendly and helpful unlike the employees at this store who knew nothing about the shoes. She looked tired and was lying about the shoes I was asking her about. Not impressed. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this location.
