Do not order online photos from here! I ordered next day photos, it got delayed which is fine but then two weeks passed with no uptade so I called them. They couldn't find the damn info and asked me to call 40 minutes later etc. Never got my update. Went in today turns out the photos were printed and had been waiting for a while?? They couldn't even send me a pickup email properly. Now I was framing the photos and realized 3 of the big ones are missing!! Shame on you guys not even answerring the phone now. I'm so mad, the customer service sucks no one knows what's going on and I now need to order from somewhere else to finish my gallery wall after waiting for 2 and a half weeks already.

I went to Service Canada to renew my passport. They told me my passport photo was of such poor quality that I’d have to go get another one done. The clerk said, and I quote “never get your passport photos done at Walmart”. It’s not a professional setting. The so called photo centre is in a corner with a white backdrop and poor lighting. A sales clerk takes your photo, not someone experienced in photography. They print out a photo card with all the green checkmarks indicating that your photo passed all the requirements but it’s not accurate. The passport office has the last say. And apparently photos from Walmart are usually not accepted because of their poor quality. On a positive note, if you keep your receipt, and have proof that your photo wasn’t accepted, Walmart will give you a refund.

I ordered complete bike like on the picture from the website, it’s not mentioned that it must be assembled on the website before I ordered. Moreover, no tools for assembly!!!

The old lady at the photo center was very rude. No knowledge about work and not listening to the instructions at all. Very bad experience with her.
