It's a hit or a miss, and this location is a little smaller than the other outlets. End of line items, underwear, shirts, t-shirts, pants, dresses, all older outdated editions are not that great. Some are seconds with slight defects. Others the material is fully synthetic. In a pinch you may find a deal but mostly a waist. Anything that didn't sell elsewhere gets dumped here for a deal. Buyer beware. Would I shop here again? Yes for a quick hit, and move on.

Not a huge Winners but they had a spectacular selection of clothes and sizes and the cashier was fast and efficient. Would definitely shop here again if I was back in the area.
Update (second visit) So was in the area on Saturday and had a wallet I had purchased earlier in the week still in the car needing returned so I stopped in. The cashier who processed my refund did not have the capabilities to count out 22.60 in cash, like she couldn’t do it. She made it to having a twenty and two loonies in her hand, but had no idea how to make 60 cents with the remainder of the coins. She actually had to call for her manager to come and count out the change. How on earth was this person hired to be a cashier. I have never seen anything quite like this. I don’t know if she was new to the country or WhT but maybe cashier isn’t the job for her.

That Winners location at Victoria Park Square is always low in stock and the worst is there shoe section compared to other locations.
The place also is a mess compared to other locations.

Store always looks scanty and lacks merchandise. Customer service is low at this location except for one lady pleasantly walking around saying hello to customers - beautiful white lady with a lovely smile and sweet spirit. I just cashed out, cashier not very pleasant or friendly, I had a few fragile items and she did not wrap them nor asked if I wanted them wrapped. When I asked if she had any paper, she gave it to her to help myself. ?

This isn't a huge location and it's hard to find a parking space here at certain times, but I love how everything is so organized with a wide selection of beauty products and the staff greet customers with a smile.

IDK who was working at cash counter, when I visited earlier like weeks ago, but that guy was rude af, and refused to scan my winners loyalty code, just cause I was buying non returnable item. Bruh. Just scan it!!
