Not sure if this it is the assistant manager or manager (Dionne) who works mainly in the evening during the week. Her customer service is unprofessional every time I shop at this location. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with at any winners location. I would suggest to retrain her to be more polite to their customers, say hello and thank you. Having a younger generation teach the older generation how to be polite towards others speaks volume. Every other cashier seemed to be very polite to the other the customers. Take a page from their book.

One of my favorite Winners stores, which its vibe & atmosphere gave me great joy (not very busy, always had everything in my size were available) until I saw some very disappointing behaviors from its staff. If I want to minimize that in two words, I’d say they behave patronizing & mean.
Until last Spring everything was nice, but since lat May, over three times I have seen a sales associate behind the counter who uses some sort of “tone” and irritated behavior towards me.
Although I’m such a calm and respectful customer & always behave & speak calm and politely. Maybe they’re just hiring socially awkward people as sales associate, I don’t know.
My most recent experience that made me write this review is this: while I was returning some items before my purchase, the sales associate began speaking to the sales associate next to him in another language (I’m not telling what language since it might reveal them) and continued speaking in thst language, I could feel they were talking about my purchase. It doesn’t matter to me, but what I find strange here that I know all retail services advise to their non-English speaking employees not to speak in their own language in front of the customers, so I found this repeated behavior passive aggressive & disrespectful.
The second thing was that I was returning items I had purchased more than a month ago, and this sales associate who seemed a little displeased with that, didn’t ask me to show my loyalty card to scan it when processing my purchase ( and this is question they should always ask the customers). This was the option that gave me access to my receipt via email and ket me return my items after 30 days. My purchase was a souvenir for abroad & I definitely needed the extended return period in case the recipient didn’t want it. I noticed this issue when I was proceeding the exit, I came back to correct it but he was unwilling to process the purchase (he had to return all items and rescanned them) and insisted that I can return them under a month and I shouldn’t lose the receipt. An irresponsible way of treating a customer to hide his own incompetence. Now I’m planning to go to this store and solve this issue but I’m anxious and stressed ahead of time in fear of their rude & unprofessional behaviors.

I was quite excited when I spotted the fragrances I've been searching for, but after asking the assitance to check the price and getting one from the locked shelf, the attitude of this particular female staff(middle age, dark skin, wearing glasses) who usually working at jewelry section made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I ended up not spending a dime at this location. Thanks to this rude female staff I saved some money today

I like the organized selection at this location. Other locations tend to carry too much stuff, but this location has just enough, with a good variety. The staff are usually friendly. The only negative experience I had was on the phone with customer service. I inquired about an item I know they sell without details but received an immediate “No. No.” and it felt like the staff was not interested in confirming or checking for the item before responding. It felt rude and dismissive. I have worked in customer service before and would not speak to a customer like that.

This particular location is the Winners of my heart ? The store managers are so ravishing and so classy I’ll name some that I really adore , Claudia , Anastasia golden people ! The list goes on and I’ll thank Angela, Dion , , Telma ? for such an excellent service and exclusive costumer service ! This store is an A + winners ???

First time going to this Winners location today, and I’d say it’s average. The store has a lot of open space, which is nice, but it could really use some more selection as it lacks variety. I was hoping to find a wider range of products. However, I did manage to buy a beautiful floral print Laura Ashley quilt for around $80, which is a good deal considering it can be priced at $100-$150 elsewhere.
The young female cashier at cashier #4 stood out to me. She was wearing a dark/wine red shirt, a denim maxi skirt, and had beautiful red nails with white heart accents. She was quite friendly and helpful, which added a positive note to my visit.
Overall, my experience at this Winners location was average. The store could benefit from a better product selection, but the friendly staff made the visit pleasant.

Quite an average Winners branch that doesnt meet expectations. It is in a convenient location, sections and products are very nicely organized, but when you spend a little more time you will notice that beyond the visual components, its nothing but disappointing.Variety of items is adequete considering relatively smaller store space but still could use improvements. The cashier and the floor employees I interacted with were kind, helpful, and ready to answer questions, but it seemed like they were severely understaffed at the time I visited. I think including cashiers I only saw maybe 5 or 6 people in the entire store. That meant a very long checkout line for only a few items.The fitting room area was not well maintained. The lock on doors didnt work, each door had a different one cause I tried two stalls but both locks didnt work. The floor was dirty and it prevented me from trying on many options. I just bought what I was sure on and didnt use the fitting room.I believe that most of the problems here could be solved with better supervision and more care. As for the low variety in different sections, that is related to the store size which cannot be changed.

I was shopping here a few months ago looking for a magnifying mirror. I saw one that I like on clearance. I was so happy. The cashier who cashed me out. (An old lady with not so welcoming attitude) examined the mirror that I got and took off the clearance sticker. She told me this is NOT ON CLEARANCE! I was explaining to her how come as It has a clearance tag. She asked me rudely. Question is: Do you want this mirror or not??!I don't want to argue anymore!! I just paid some of my items and left the store.
