My recent visit to the Wolford store was a letdown. Despite their reputation for quality, the service I encountered was far from satisfactory, which was surprising and disheartening.The staff’s attitude was indifferent and unengaged. They seemed more interested in other tasks than assisting customers. This lack of attention and care was starkly at odds with the high standards one would expect from a brand like Wolford. It’s particularly disappointing because good service should be a cornerstone of any retail experience, irrespective of sales.I believe this review serves as important feedback. I hope it encourages Wolford to elevate their customer service to match the quality of their products. Consistently excellent service should be a priority, sale or no sale.One of the sales is in the picture. I hope Wolford can improve?

Whomever is working tonight-. Sunday December 3 2023 between 5-7 pm. Answer the phone ! I’ve called five times now and left it on ring for over two minutes each time until it just disconnected. I know you can’t try barely anything on so I find it incredibly hard to believe you’ve been fitting someone this entire time. I’m looking for specific stock for a photoshoot so this is beyond frustrating.Could this be the same associate who’s just too busy on their personal phone to answer the business phone as indicated in other recent reviews?I also want to make sure if I’m coming into the store they aren’t getting commission from me based on this. Thank you.

Every time I walk in the girl at the desk is always on the phone. No new items to choose from since last year. Horrible customer service and options are better elsewhere!!! I doubt management cares

I just wanted to write in today to compliment the service I received today.I stopped in to get a few items for my anniversary today and from the moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel comfortable.I usually just shop online for all my tights but I thought I would try in store today. Marna was so helpful and knowledgeable!I’m a big fan of the Neon 40s and she told me they are slowly phasing those out and suggested the shimmer 40 tights. She showed me samples let see how each color would look and just went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed.I bought a pair for my wife and a couple for myself, she was so helpful in getting the sizes and explained exactly how I should care for the tights.I just wanted to say thank you and I will be returning to store in the future as it was such a pleasant experience.

It was my first time visiting Wolford at Yorkdale and I will definitely be coming back! I came into the store in hopes of finding the perfect dress and Dea immediately welcomed me in. She made my shopping experience at Wolford one that I will never forget! She was extremely kind and helped me find a dress that suited all of my needs. I would definitely recommend going to Wolford at Yorkdale for high-quality dresses and for an amazing shopping experience.

I’ve purchased a few items from Wolford Yorkdale and have to say my experience has been exceptionally phenomenal. Dea was was super helpful. She showed me items which I adore and now swear by the quality! Highly recommend for perfect fitting bras, tights and under garments. I would go back for Dea anytime!

Disgusting quality of service. A brand new pair of tights that ripped BEFORE EVEN WEARING THEM, they wouldn’t even give me 10% off a replacement pair. I will never spend another dollar at this store or any wolford.

Bought black nylons. $50. Tore easily first time I put them on. Superior price. Not a very good product. Never again will I assume price means quality.

this business treats customers like preys. Product quality is atrocious and customer service is beyond non-existent. They basically offer something, which is immediately void if not accepted on the spot because it is “implied” you gave it up. Right! as a customer with them you gave up your rights to access quality product the moment you swipe your card with them.my girlfriend bought a pair of tights expecting them to not rip easily as advertised, the item came home with a hole in it and the receipt conveniently states you are not eligible for refund as soon as you make a purchase. We returned to the store wanting a refund, only to have the regional manager call my girlfriend back stating their brand name is comparable with LV, which gives them every right to not issue refunds. After that conversation my girlfriend needed to seek therapy. What a wonderful job you have done!Truth be told I've had similar experience buying other things, the last one I recall was from the Brick, same arrogant attitude with half of their advertising statements untrue at best. These people bank on you swiping the credit card so they don't go home hungry for the day.One of the store members said they are proud of their product quality from the European market and would compare their brand to LV any time of the day, not sure how LV feels about this. Truth is, a simple google search you will find the same comments on poor product quality, poor customer service from across the UK, the EU and in the US.Do a thorough google search before you decide to make a purchase from this brand if the above is not enough to convince you, the product is trash and they are your boss after you make a purchase. I have not personally purchased a product from this store or brand but is personally close to the incident my girlfriend has experienced.
