The young man behind the desk is always helpful and I like him but the people who are incharge of delivering packages don't make much of an effort, if I don't open the door when I see them, they'll put a note saying I wasn't home without even knocking. It just happened again today and I was home and next to the entrance, but he never knocked so I didn't know he was there.

Can’t meet expected delivery dates even though my package arrived at the facility two days ago, claimed to have “left a notice” since my package couldnt be delivered for some strange reason, and come to find there’s no notice anywhere. So there was literally not even an attempt to drop it off at my address ? Worst Canada post I’ve ever had to deal with.

Whoever sorts the mail here is terrible at it. Always having our mail returned to sender when the correct address is on it. Sometimes they say we have moved. We've lived here almost 40 years.

I've never felt Canada Post was very good, but wow are they bad here. I always get the wrong mail delivered and packages always arrive late. I'm currently waiting for a package that said it arrived at the facility on Friday and scheduled to arrive by end of day. Then it changed to Monday, well the mail has already arrived and no package but it says it's still coming. I'm assuming the same thing that happened friday will again happen today, where it just changes at 4pm saying a different delivery date. I have no idea how they mix up packages so often, it's pretty amateur.

I was there today to send money over seas I’m already In the system every time I go it takes two minutes! Today There was lady working there and she did not know what she was doing and was very disrespectful. It took 45 min by the time the transaction was finished. I tired explaining to her that I’m already in the system and that it shouldn’t take this long. She told me if I have a problem to contact her manager on Monday or call the post office and complain to them. This is a small town and I love living here I was not expecting that type of service from a government run business. Definitely will never be going there again on Saturdays

We have wonderful experience in Norwich Canada Post. Each and every person very friendly and helpful. It feels like a family in a small town. Always pleasant to see them.

Mail is constantly put in the wrong box. Neighbour has 6 other houses mail in his box including my replacement VISA card.
