This keeps people from standing in line for the walk- in clinic at Woodstock, helpful advice over the phone comes in handy for everyone who can't drive do to medication they have taken just now . While I am writing this review the swelling has gone down and I'm glad I have the information on my cell phone for quick response. It's kept me awake most of the night. Thank- you shoppers drug store for the medical questions.i asked.”
“January 2 2026 I called not knowing if the store was open or not and Dan answered, asked how he could help me, we needed catheter clips, Dan told me he had some at home and gave me his address and welcomed me. “This is the best pharmacy I've ever patronized. The staff is helpful and caring, the shelves are well stocked, the delivery is fast and friendly, even the prices are reasonable. Even now, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they take the time to go out of their way to do more: when phoning in for prescription refills, I realized I'd run out on one prescription inhaler, and told the pharmacy tech that I would call my doctor and have her send a new one. Well, the doctor's office was overwhelmed and I couldn't get through to ask, not for the entire day. I really wasn't looking forward to spending hours redialing again, but when my other prescriptions were delivered I discovered that they had contacted my doc for me, without being asked, and gotten the refill authorized so I didn't have to. I can't overstate how much that kind of little detail means to me, and I'm sure many others who've chosen to shop there. Thank you all, very much.”

“I have no worries recommending to family or friends to go to this pharmacy. Every time I visit the store someone will ask if I need help finding a product. The care and guidance or suggestions given by Lee or any of the staff is truly 2nd to none. For me I truly appreciate when staff remember my name, it shows and interest in your clients. There have been a few stores in Woodstock where they always know your name and it truly makes you feel special and welcome.”

“I went there for a consultation with the pharmacist for a non-urgent medical issue. In this area, there is a real lack of walk-in clinics for these small things that don't warrant a trip to hospital emergency, but also may take too long to see your family doctor. This service was amazing and really bridged that gap. The pharmacist was super friendly and easy to talk to, and the rest of the staff were helpful and kind. I'd recommend this service 100%”
