Moved to Norwich last month. Had to have my file transferred from Brantford. The folks here took great care, got my file, and have been looking after me ever since. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always get a smile, and they have made my husband and I feel so welcome.

I have gone here for 34 years. I received perfect service each and every time from 1000's of purchases. I rank staff in store and more especially the pharmacy 100 out 100. They are great.

I was really impressed by the SDM Norwich. Staff at the Pharmacy were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all helpful. They even went out of their way to coordinate with another pharmacy and fix a problem that the other pharmacy created. The level of service here was amazing.
