Disappointed in the customer service. Tried calling from Kitchener, when the store was already open. no response, just their answering machine. we went there to see if they had the beauty advent calendar yet, found out that it was not there yet. so they said they were taking names for a waiting list and would call me when it arrived. they never called. i like the products, but the customer service is bad.

I was on their Canadian site….they had an Enter US Site button at the top of the page. I ordered something that I did not realize would have import fees, nor did I realize I was shopping in USD. In total the item was nearly double the price I expected. Delivery was a disaster. Customer Service wasn’t any help when I explained the situation. I called the local Canadian store and the phone rang unanswered for 20 minutes, twice. If I return the item I don’t receive the import fees back. Totally brutal experience.

Wish I could post zero stars. I've been charged $179 for a pair of pants i ordered from the store (was on the line in the Queen W location) and have received no email receipt or anything. The phone number for the Oakville store online does not work. Just spent 45 min on the phone with customer service and they can't help me either. This could be resolved in 2 minutes if I could get through to the store. PICK UP THE PHONE. Anthropologie customer service has gotten really, really brutal. Think twice before purchasing or ordering. This is the second time I've ordered these pants- the first ones arrived with a large duty charge i didn't catch during purchase, and they were damaged with a huge mark from where the security tag had been when they arrived. Careless and costly.

Visited on the weekend when their debit/credit system was down. Left my phone number and info so I can pay for my items and have it shipped. The system being down is not their fault, however, I’ve tried calling 3 days in a row and no one is picking up the phone. The items I want are not available online so I guess I’m just SOL?

Love this store! However, when they are out of items it hard to know when they are restocked. You are told to call the store to check weekly as they have no idea what they are receiving in their shipments. I have been trying for 3 days now to call the store several times a day and no one has answered the phone. Even left it ringing once for over 20 times and still no answer. I will have to drive down to the store, pay for parking to go in to see if the out of stock item is now in stock...if it still out of stock I will be a very disappointed customer.

This is a beautiful location, easy to walk to with one exception - I was not able to enter the store with my stroller. The friendly staff attempted to open the double door to allow space for me to get through with my children but the door was jammed. Disappointed that the store is not accessible.

awful!!! try to send something back! three customer assistants a top level supervisor and a supervisor of supervisors and still i cant get a return done.............25 years ordering from them, 10's of thousands of dollars and they are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!!

Lovely and eclectic selection of products with pleasant staff when in store. However, the Oakville store hardly answers the phone when calling even in non-busy times in contrast to the Don Mills store which answers promptly.
